ITEM 206 – PORTLAND CEMENT STABILIZED TREATED PLANT MIX BASE COURSE
* This item shall consist of a foundation for surface course composed of aggregate Portland cement and
water in proper proportion.
Amount of cement to be added:
6 to 10 mass of dry soil aggregate

ITEM 307 – BITUMINOUS PLANT – MIX SURFACE COURSE – GENERAL
* This item includes general requirements that are applicable to all type of bituminous surface courses
irrespective of gradation of aggregate or kind and amount of bituminous material.

* This item shall consist of a bituminous stockpile maintenance mixture composed of aggregate, mineral
filler, hydrated lime and bituminous material mixed in a central plant.
