Parameter 2: PROCESS AND ALIGNMENT
This parameter assesses if the barangays had coordination/interfacing activities with their higher-
tier LGUs, and with NGAs whenever applicable. This is to ensure DTP vertical alignment of plans
across each LGU tier and with the sectoral requirements of concerned NGAs based on NGA
DTPs. The parameter assesses if the LGU DTPs have been approved by the concerned
Sanggunian to ensure the legitimization of the said plan.
