V. Monitoring and Evaluation


It will be administered by the School Head, Mr. Lorenzo T. Campilis from the start to end of the learning
intervention program. The teacher’s report on remedial instruction, learning intervention plan and MOVs
will be used as a tool in assessing the success of the program.
