 Tikkun 42 – 2

One of the names of God is ‫ ָמקֹום‬, meaning “Place”.

The sages reveled to us that the world is not a place that God exists in but God is the place that the world
is in.

For a regular religious mind it will be very hard to accept what I am going to explain here. It is very
important to understand this article and concepts in order to break out of the illusion of the five senses.
The whole existence IS God and nothing but Him. We are not individuals. We are formed from a
thought and the force of God.

Deuteronomy 4:35
“‫ ִמְּל בַּדֹו‬,‫ אֵ ין עֹוד‬:‫ ִּכי י ְהוָה הּוא הָאֱ ֹלהִים‬,‫” אַָּת ה ה ְָראֵ תָ לָדַ עַת‬
“You have shown us the knowledge that YHVH, He is God; there is none else beside Him.”

The Holy Ari said in the book “Tree of Life”

“‫ היה אור עליון פשוט‬,‫דע כי טרם שנאצלו הנאצלים ונבראו הנבראים‬
‫” …ממלא את כל המציאות ולא היה שום מקום פנוי‬
“Know that before the emanated (spiritual beings) yet emanated and before the created being were
created, there was a supernal and simple light filling the entire existence and there was no empty space”
From that light, the world was created. There was no import of material of any kind. No distant planets,
no heavy cranes, no foreign workers, no engineers. NOTHING but the thought and force of our Creator.
One ‘Big Bang’ and everything came to be.

The basic elements that we know as the building blocks of all matter in this world are atoms. They
consists of three energy elements, electrons, neutrons and protons. Advanced science tells us that they
have no actual substance but patterns of energy ‘trapped’ by unknown force.
Moses and the Zohar tell us that this force is YHVH because there is “None else besides Him”.

YHVH is the force and the system that governs our existence. It is the unseen force that exists in the
‘space’ where the atoms and all particles are in motion. It is the Tree of Life system that holds the atoms
and all patterns of energy in their known structure.

The electron, neutron and protons are the aspect of the three column system. Their state of existence in
constant motion defines time and the TEPMOrary world we experience.

Temporary is an illusion in a timeless presence of the light. As science teaches as with the laws of
thermodynamics , Energy transforms itself but can never be lost because it is the force of God. The
transformation process defines time and temporary state of existence of what we call matter.

Our point of view is the Tree of Knowledge, Good and Bad. The constant motion of light and
consciousness or better yet, the consciousness that keeps the light in motion, defines separated elements.
It is the world of Malchut. It doesn’t have light of itself because of the illusion. The unity and the
existence of the light force in all this, is concealed. In a way we get ‘dizzy’ and trapped in patterns of
consciousness around us that we don’t see the light.

Understanding and working our ways through the Sefirot connect us to the Tree of Life. Only then, we
can see the oneness of the light in everything. Following the spiritual laws, helps us ‘shed’ the ‘shells’
(Klipot) that create veils and separate us from the Light.

Exodus 33:20
“ ‫ ָוחָי‬,‫י ְִרַאנִי הָָאדָ ם‬-‫ ִּכי ֹלא‬:‫ָּפ נָי‬-‫ ֹלא תּוכַל ל ְִרא ֹת אֶת‬,‫”וַֹּיאמֶר‬
And He said: “You can not see My face, for man shall not see Me and live”
We are part of God and we can not see the truth because we are trapped in the body consciousness.
When we die we can see ourselves as part of God. Because of the different stages and process of the
Tikkun we still have a soul identity after life.

Spiritual tools and especially the Zohar are the way to get closer to the Tree of Life.
When we elevate our selves above matter, we can break out of the illusion and reveal God that we are
part of. We can cure all diseases because they could not exist in the Tree of Life state. People with
strong faith are known to recover faster from illness or crisis because they break through the illusion of
matter and touch the Tree of Life.

If scientists use the Hebrew letters as part of Periodic Table of elements, there will be a great break
through in the area of mind over matter.
If more people share this understanding then it will widen the bridge between Malchut, which is the
material world and the Tree of Life. Rabbi Shimon had the highest connection to the spiritual
dimensions. He was able to control nature and the force of death. He could resurrect people to life and
harness all fields of energy (aka angels) to obey his will.
He left the world on his own terms, leaving us the essence of his mind and energy through the Zohar. He
was made out of the same material as we are but his consciousness broke through the physical levels of
consciousness. From the Tree of Knowledge, Good and Bad he elevated himself to the Tree of Life. His
actions were like God and he left us the tool of the Zohar to gain the same consciousness.
When we start behaving with the rules of ‘”Love your neighbor as yourself’ and “Do not do unto others
what you do not want others to do unto you”, we can become elevated beings like Rabbi Shimon and
can channel the force of God that is already us.

Watch this video few times to get deeper understanding and see how science is now ‘catching up’ with
the wisdom and knowledge of the Zohar

Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #244 – Where is God?

Posted by Zion Nefesh | Feb 24, 2010 | 8
Tikkun 19-22

YHVH was in Keter before the world was created. He and his name were alone in Keter. When the
world was created in the aspect of “‫“ ”ראשית‬beginning”, he came down and didn’t have any lack from
above. So in every Sefira, like lighting a candle from another candle, there was no lack from the first one
or the one that followed all through the Endless and beyond.

The above is a direct translation of the Zohar’s first paragraph of this section.
YHVH came down from Keter. Yod of the name is Chokmah but the tip of the letter, which is the
beginning point of the letter, is Keter.
When the Zohar says that there was no lack at any level (candles) all through the Endless, it means that
YHVH is everywhere.
We mentioned in Daily Zohar # 239 that God is everything and everywhere but where can we really find
God? Where is God?
We know that everything in our existence is in constant movement. Every atom is actually combination
of fields of energy. Particles in movement around a nucleus.
Here are some familiar graphics to see.

There is a number that is called the fine-structure constant. This constant, 137, is the way physicists
describe the probability that an electron (vessel) will emit or absorb a photon (Light). Because this is the
basic physical mechanism of electricity and magnetism, the fine-structure constant has its own symbol,
the Greek letter α, “alpha.” (‫)א‬. You can find more information about this mysterious and magical
number on the Internet but I want to point to you that the number 137 is the numerical value of
Kabbalah ‫קבלה‬, which is the teaching of how to connect the light and the vessel. Reading the Zohar on a
daily basis is a way to connect us to the source before we were placed into this ‘dizzy’ spinning illusion.

Where is God?

God is the driving force, God is in the fine structure constant, God is the thought that propels everything,
everything and everything. There is no empty space in this universe, there is only God and we are part of
it. Our perception of “God is somewhere else”, is the illusion that we need to breakout from.

Can you hurt another person when you know that God is there?

Now would you like to join me and cry why people still see separation?

Forward this article to your friend, post a link on Facebook, Twitter and everywhere. The more people
understand this concept the better it will be for all of us.

Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #155 – Inner light to

Tikkun #13 continue

The Lulav (branch of palm) that is used in Sukkot to draw inner light for the coming year. It is at the
level of Yessod. The branch needs to be at the state before it’s leaves open up because if they do then
it’s not valid for the connection. If it is open then it appears in its final state, which is the Malchut level.
This transformation disconnect the Lulav from Yessod and it cannot channel the light through Yessod
that is required for the set of the four species.

There are 18 shaking in the process of this connection which are 3 times in each of the 6 spiritual
directions South, North, East, Up, Down and West.
From the aspect of the Sefirot 18 is 9 times two. Drawing down the light form the upper 9 Sefirot to
Malchut and 9 Sefirot to return the light in order to reveal it (reflecting / pushing it back from Malchut).

The consciousness in every spiritual action is important but we must use the correct and proper tool for
it otherwise the connection is flawed. You can go to the Synagogue in Shabbat but if you don’t hear the
Torah reading then the connection is lacking of that specific energy.
If a person has the Zohar and he doesn’t open it to read and scan the text, his connection level is very
limited. To increase his ability to act positively in the level of Malchut a person should make more
spiritual connections with the consciousness to expand his soul and his inner light. More spiritual
connection helps a person become a greater sharing being and a source of light that removes darkness
from his environment.

One of the missions of the Daily Zohar is to deliver to your email box the Zohar text ready for reading
or scanning. Even the few seconds that you scan the sacred text, make a spiritual connection. The more
you scan the better it is for your soul.

Support the Daily Zohar project, forward the emails to your friends and encourage them to subscribe and
scan daily Zohar. When you connect another person to the “system” you are part of their channel and
that increases the flow of light through your vessel.

Tikkun 25 – 9

While Rabbi Shimon was discussing the Eagle and the Redemption, an Eagle appeared above them,
flapped his wings and ascended up to the top of the mountain. The Eagle disappeared from their eyes for
a short time and then he came down with two lilies in his mouth and dropped them on their heads.
Rabbi Shimon immediately became filled with great joy. He explained to his friends that if there was
only one lily it didn’t mean healing of the Redemption but since there were two lilies it implied to the
two Holy Temples and complete healing to both Temples.

Rabbi Shimon got joyous when he realized that the two lilies, as the two temples, represent the right
column for the first temple and left column for the second.

In the process of the Tikkun of the world, we had to experience the disconnection from the light and the
exile state.

Having individual channel requires separate tikkun for each, but when they are both together we can
activate the central column and the light.

Having Chassadim (right) without a vessel (left) to channel it or having vessel, desire, without light of
Chassadim will not bring central column and fulfillment.

At this point Rabbi Shimon announced that this revelation of the right and the left columns require (from
them) a connection to the central column by creating a special spiritual opening.

[Will continue in the next Daily Zohar.]

Song of Songs 6:3

“‫ הָרֹעֶה ַּבּׁשֹוַׁש ִּנים‬,‫” ֲאנִי לְדֹודִ י וְדֹודִ י לִי‬
“I am my beloved’s, and my beloved is mine, the shepherd among the lilies.”
Because Rabbi Shimon is on a higher level he could create a spiritual opening by discussing certain
spiritual subjects. He found the appearance of the Eagle and the two lilies (from previous Daily Zohar)
as an opportunity to create this opening and record it in the Zohar for us to connect.

The first lily is the aspect of the Shema Yisrael prayer of the Morning and the second is for the Shema
prayer of the night. One for the right column and one for the left. The shepherd is the reference to Moses
and Jacob is as the central column.

The morning is Chessed and the right of Abraham. The lily has five leaves, which is the aspect of the
first five words of the Shema “‫ ”ְׁש מַע י ְִׂש ָראֵ ל יהו”ה אֱ ֹלהֵינ”ּו יהו”ה‬and 13 inner leaves that is for the word
‫אֶ חָ”ד‬, with numerical value of 13. Six of red color, six of white color and the lily itself as one, makes 13.
There are 25 seeds inside the lily as the total number of letters of the first six words of the Shema. The
two lilies together make a count of 50 to connect the upper and lower.

With this Zohar section we have the opportunity to connect to the experience that rabbi Shimon had at
the same moment it happened. On the spiritual level we come to be one with the spiritual revelation and
share the same light.

Song of Songs 6:11

“‫ִּגַּנת אֱגֹוז י ַָרדְ ִּת י‬-‫” אֶ ל‬
“I went down into the garden of nuts”

The garden, ‫ִּגַּנת‬, is the initials for ‫ נוטריקון תמורה‬,‫גימטריה‬.

These are three methods of revealing the spiritual connection of Hebrew sacred words.
Gematria, ‫ – גימטריה‬is a method of using numerical value for each letter. Like the names ADNY +
YHVH = 91 and has the same value of AMEN to tell us the word Amen connects upper and lower
levels.
AHYH + ADNY = 86, same as Elokim.
Another example; Multiplying the value of the first 10 letters, Alef to Yod each by itself and add the
total (1×1+2×2+3×3+….10×10) brings 385, same as Shechcina ‫שכינה‬
The Zohar tells us that in order to connect to the Shechina with our spiritual connection we need at least
10 people.
Another example:
Ezekiel 3:12
“‫ מְִּמ קֹומֹו‬,‫י ְהוָה‬-‫”ָּברּוְך ְּכבֹוד‬
“Blessed be the glory of YHVH from His place”
‘Place’ is ‫מקום‬. When we calculate the YHVH name as
Y = 10 times (Y x Y=100)
H = 5 times (H x H = 25)
V = 6 x 6 (V x V = 36)
H = 5 times (H x H = 25)
Total value = 186 same as ‫מקום‬, ‘place’.
Initials, ‫( נוטריקון‬Notrikon) – A method of using the initials of words to derive deeper understanding.

Exchange ‫( תמורה‬Temurah)– This method uses tables to exchange one letter with another, which is
related by its position in the matrix that includes all 22 letters.

There are several tables and here is one example. It is called ‫אתבש‬, ATBaSh

The YHVH ‫ יהוה‬name becomes ‫ מצפצ‬using this method.

There are other exchanges that reveal different aspects of the names. For example:
‫ יהוה אֱ ֹלהֵינּו יהוה‬is in Atbash

The Zohar teaches us that the Tikkun process brings the aspect of the four Holy Creatures that are under
the Holy Throne.
They are Lion, Ox, Eagle and man. They represent the four dimensions of right (Chessed), left
(Gevurah) center (Tiferet) and Man (time).

Those who are connected to the light and the Shechina, enjoy the continuous benefits of the light as it is
“and He made him to suck honey out of the crag, and oil out of the flinty rock ”

Previously, Moses showed the people that he can bring water out of a rock. In this verse just before he
passed away, he tells them that there are no limits to what the light can provide.

What we learn from this is, whatever we see as hard, inanimate or lifeless are all part of the light of the
Creator. We can see the hardness of the rock or the hardship of the life process but under the illusion of
our senses it is all light and we can connect to the hidden benefits if we wish to see them.

“Now this was the custom in former time in Israel about the Redemption and about the exchange, to
keep in existence all things: a man drew off his shoe, and gave it to his neighbor; and this was the
attestation in Israel.- ”

The Torah instructs us NOT to marry the ex-wife of a brother but Levirate marriage is a great Mitzvah.
This process is called ‫( יבום‬Yibum). If a man dies, leaving a widow without children, his brother should
come to the woman, have sex together to impregnate her and with that action they become married to
each other. This process of connecting the woman as Malchut to the Man as Zeir Anpin is called ‫גאולה‬,
“redemption” and the man is called ‫גואל‬, “redeemer”.

The sages made a requirement to go through the ceremony of Kidushin before the brother and the
widow can come together. This was done to remove the negativity of selfish desires that can easily get
attached to this holy process.

If the brother doesn’t want to connect and marry his brother’s widow, they must go through a process
called ‫ ֲחלִיצָה‬, meaning ‘release from limits’. In it the woman draws off the shoe of her in-law along with
other spiritual actions.

Shoe is ‫נעל‬, with numerical value 150, same as YH ‫ יה‬times 10. With the letter Vav we get ‫נעול‬, which
means ‘locked’. The word for ‘release from’, ‫ ֲחלִיצָה‬, is constructed from ‫חלצ‬, ‘release’, ‘rescue’ and ‫יה‬,
YH.

When the widow draws off the shoe she releases the lock from Malchut to the supernal Father
(Chokmah) and Mother (Binah) and frees the child, Zeir Anpin.
When the couple were married the light was ready with the fulfillment. After the husband dies, the
potential light for bringing a child to the world must be fulfilled, otherwise it will turn to judgment and
negativity.

The widow needs to have the brother channel that light to fulfill the vessel or alternatively release it.

The secret the Zohar reveals here is that the light becomes available when the process is initiated. All we
need to do is to follow through all the way to fulfillment.

Job 33:29
“‫ָּגבֶר‬-‫ ֵאל– ַּפ עֲמַ י ִם ָׁש לֹוׁש עִם‬-‫ י ִ ְפעַל‬,‫אֵ ֶּלה‬-‫ָּכל‬-‫” הֶן‬
“All these things of God’s work, twice, thrice, with a man”

The Tikkun process has three major elements: Place, name and action. Changing place, name or actions
affect the Tikkun process significantly. We see it in the behavior of the Patriarchs and other great people
in the Bible or outside of it.

Abraham corrected himself and followed the path that God gave him. He moved away from the place he
was born to the holy land. He established the connection of the right column. For that, God saved him
from death.

Isaac removed all selfish desires with his total submission to God’s will. He established the left column
and for that God didn’t let him fall to the other side.
Jacob was pure in all of his actions and studied the spiritual system. When Jacob overcame the angel of
the negative side, he received a new name. Genesis 32:29
“‫ וַּתּוכָל‬,‫אֲ נִָׁש ים‬-‫ ֱאֹלהִים ְועִם‬-‫ָׂשריתָ עִם‬-‫ִּכי‬
ִ :‫ְִׂשראֵ ל‬
ָ ‫י‬-‫ אִ ם‬,‫ ֹלא יַעֲק ֹב י ֵָאמֵר עֹוד ִׁש מְָך–ִּכי‬,‫” וַֹּיאמֶר‬
“And he said: ‘Your name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel; for you has striven with God and
with men, and has prevailed.”

He established the central column and for that correction God let him find the source of light for the
world. In the secret of Genesis 28:11 “ ‫בָא הֶַּׁש מֶׁש‬-‫ ִּכי‬,‫“ ”וִַּיפְַּגע ַּבָּמ קֹום וַָּילֶן ָׁש ם‬And he lighted upon the place,
and tarried there all night, because the sun was set”.

When we follow the spiritual path and make corrections to our soul, God will open doors of light for us
to save us from negativity.

Tikkun 26 – 10

Continuing from Daily Zohar #548, 549, 550 and 551

In this section of the Zohar a mysterious person, “Elder”, appears to Rabbi Shimon and reveals the
deeper secret of the Yibum to him.

When the vessel is ready and the light is not channeled to it with the proper action, it is held by the
negative side on all three levels, Nefesh, Ruach and Neshama.

Psalms 84:4
“ָ‫ ּודְ רֹור קן לָּה אֲֶׁשר ָׁש תָ ה אֶ פְרֹחֶיה‬,‫צִּפֹור ָמצְָאה ַבי ִת‬-‫”ַּגם‬
“Yea, the sparrow has found a house and the swallow a nest for herself, where she may lay her young;”
The analogy here is as follow;

The ‫צִּפֹור‬, ‘sparrow’, is the aspect of the Neshamah. The ‘swallow’ is the aspect of Ruach and the
‘young’ is the Nefesh.

When the Yibum, which is the action of bringing the potential light to the vessel, is done, all levels of
the souls come at the same time. As it is said in Job 34:14
“‫ ֵאלָיו י ֶאֱס ֹף‬,‫י ִָׂש ים אֵ לָיו לִּבֹו; רּוחֹו ְונְִׁש מָתֹו‬-‫” ִאם‬
“If He set His heart (place of the Nefesh) upon man, if He gathers unto Himself his spirit (Ruach) and
his breath (Neshamah)”

If the Yibum is not done, then the vessel needs to be released from the negative side that is holding the
place of the light in the vessel. This process is called ‫חליצה‬, ‘extraction/release’ and it saves the soul
from the ‘Snake/negative side’.

This secret is revealed in Psalms 124:7

“‫ ַו ֲאנַחְנּו נִ ְמ ָלטְנּו‬,‫ מִַּפח יֹוקְ ִׁש ים הַַּפח נְִׁש ָּבר‬,‫”נַפְֵׁש נּו ְּכ צִּפֹור נִמְ ְלטָה‬
“Our soul is escaped as a bird out of the snare of the fowlers; the snare is broken, and we are escaped”

Zohar Chaye Sarah

Continued from previous DZ

Genesis 3:15
“‫ וְאַָּת ה ְּת ׁשּופֶּנּו ָע ֵקב‬,‫ הּוא י ְׁשּופְָך ר ֹאׁש‬:‫ ּובֵין ז ְַרעָּה‬,‫ ּובֵין ז ְַרעֲָך‬,‫ ֵּבינְָך ּובֵין ָהאִָּׁש ה‬,‫ ְו ֵאיבָה אִָׁש ית‬.”
“And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her seed; He shall
bruise you on the head, And you shall bruise him on the heel.”

The ‘heel’ is the aspect of the world before the Final Correction and the control of the Snake. The ‘head’
is the aspect of time after completing the tikkun of the world. The head represents the upper three sefirot
that will shine in the world after the correction of the global tikkun.

Man was created for a life process of 70 years corresponding to the seven sefirot. The main tikun
process is during this life period. Beyond that there’s no Sefira to draw ‘life’ from it. For most people
life after 70 years is only opportunity to be righteous.
Genesis 23:1
“‫ָׂשרה‬
ָ ‫ חֵַּיי‬,‫ְֶׂשרים ָׁש נָה וְֶׁש בַע ָׁש נִים–ְׁש נֵי‬
ִ ‫ מֵ ָאה ָׁש נָה ְוע‬,‫”וִַּיהְיּו חֵַּיי ָׂש ָרה‬
“Now Sarah lived one hundred and twenty-seven years; these were the years of the two lives of Sarah.”

Righteous people who live longer than 70 years continue their work for the correction of the world, and
they are considered to have two lives. One of 70 year and the second life is beyond that age. Righteous
people draw life force from the upper three sefirot.

‘Two lives’ are also mentioned about Abraham and Ishmael. The Zohar explains that because Ishmael
did Teshuvah (repentance) he merited a second life for the process of repentance.

Before age 70 we need to put efforts on our soul cleansing and reach level of righteousness to live
longer. We then have more opportunities to increase the size and purity of our vessels and merit the
world to come.

It’s never too late to come back to the path of the Light and righteousness, even if we are older than 70
years.
