Dear ERIC ADJAH FAITH,

Your application for a visit visa to the United Kingdom has been refused.

What this means for you

Any future UK visa applications you make will be considered on their individual merits,
however you are likely to be refused unless the circumstances of your application change.
In relation to this decision, there is no right of appeal or right to administrative review.

The reasons for this decision are set out on the next page.

Yours sincerely,

REASONS FOR REFUSAL NRA v 1.0

You have applied for a visa to visit the UK.

In deciding whether you meet the requirements of Appendix V: of the Immigration Rules for
visitors (https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration-rules/immigration-rules-appendix-v-visitor-
rules), I have considered:
 your application and any additional relevant information you have provided with it
 your immigration history

The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V 4.2 – 4.10 of Appendix V because:

You state that you intend to come to the UK for 16 days to participate in a gospel workshop.

I note you state your sponsor (Christian Ecumenical Church) would sponsor your trip with
the amount of £3500. I note you have provided supporting documents with your application,
however, the documents provided do not demonstrate sponsor’s financial evidence such as
a bank statement which would reflect their ability to fund your proposed trip. Furthermore, in
absence of financial evidence I am not satisfied you have sufficient funds to cover all
reasonable costs in relation to your visit without working or accessing public funds
I am therefore not satisfied that you can adequately meet the cost of the visit without
recourse to public funds or working in the UK. Your application is refused underIn the light of
above, I am not satisfied that your personal and financial circumstances are as stated by
you. I am therefore not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your visit and
that you are genuinely seeking entry as a visitor. Your application is refused under
paragraph V 4.2 (a) & (c).
