UKVS
REASONS FOR REFUSAL NRA v 1.0
The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the
requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V because
You state you intend to travel to the UK for 6 days for the purpose of tourism.
You state you are employed with company of realisation of energetic and industriel
Infrastructures with a monthly income of 75570.08 DZD (£446.50, in an exchange rate
of £1 = 169.24DZD, oanda.com). You have provided a bank statement under your
name as evidence of your financial circumstances. I note salary credits but I also note
that the large opening balance combined with the pattern of salary credits and the
subsequent minimal debited amounts which is repeated after every salary payment,
has served to boost the funds in your account. I am not satisfied this statement
accurately portrays your personal financial circumstances.
Other than your employment, I am mindful that you have not demonstrated any other
considerable ties outside the UK, which would serve as an incentive for you to leave
the UK at the end of your proposed visit. This not only undermines the credibility of
your application as a whole but causes me to doubt your intention in proposing to travel
to the UK.
Given the above I am not satisfied that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose
that is permitted under the visitor route and that you will leave the UK at the end of
your visit. Your application is therefore refused under paragraph V 4.2 (a) and (c) of
the Immigration Rules.
