In connection with Nathdwara - Nathdawara Town New line project, GAD of Minor bridges, it should be

noted that check print of 14 Minor bridges and 1 RUB was already submitted on dated 21/4/2022. With
respect to the above check print elite got the corrections verbally not on check print in written by
railway apart from that as per the instruction by Railway XEN/C/UDZ (Mr. Sunil Dutt) & JE/W/C/UDZ
(MR. Mourya) it was ordered to grab the tracing print of these 4 minor bridges which was submitted by
elite on dated this so elite is unable to entertain regarding these bridges. However Point wise reply of
the observations is given below:

1. Plan Format Is as per RDSO Checklist given in SR. no. 14 half top and half bottom plan along with
longitudinal section shown in section BB and key plan is also shown. However if there is problem
kindly brief the issue in detail and telephonic communication can be done to resolve the issue
for further drawings.
2. Complete GAD is in scale of 1 : 100 since for readability of drawing in hard copy print is taken as
not to scale, however a note no. 2 is already added regarding that no dimensions should be
scaled from this drawing only written dimensions shall be followed. CAD file is also already
submitted which can be reflected on CAD file that the drawing is in scale.
3. In title block details in Hindi are now filled.
4. Grade of concrete in return wall is written as MCC M-20 on drawing of return wall itself however
in notes this is mistakenly left which is complied.
5. RDSO drawing no. For RCC slab from RDSO BA-10063/1 is now changed to RDSO BA-10063.
6. Grade of concrete in RCC Slab is now corrected in notes.
7. Formation width is now increased 150 mm as per railway requirement.
8. According to hydraulic calculation scour depth below bed level comes out to be 0.5 M and
drop/curtain wall depth is taken as 0.5 + 1.75 = 2.25 M, stem 1.95 + 0.3 raft.
9. Max. Scour Depth is already shown in table.
10. Colour coding note is now added however it was being removed by previous authorities.
11. Please mention the required details.
12. As per our experience dimensioning is proper kindly review again.
13. According to the tender size of tracing film is finalized as A1.

All the above corrections are done and soft copy of the above GAD of br. no. 4 is attached with this
letter. As per the corrections there is no major technical correction suggested accept note no. 7 which
should be given by railway at the time of check print. It is requested to correct the corrections manually
and for further GAD kindly review the submitted check prints properly and suggest bridge wise
correction for submission on tracing film and provide the scanned copy of check print with correction so
there may be no errors. Elite will entertain the further bridges accept these four bridges.
