ROUND
The task of a HR is managing the employee life cycle (i.e.,
recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing
employees) and administering employee benefits. He plays
a vital role in managing one of the major assets of a
company. You are now tasked to hire the best person you
think will be suitable to work as a HR Manager in your
company at the head office located banglore, India in. You
are the CHRO of your company and are required to recruit
a suitable candidate

You will be provided with three profiles created by the

applicants themselves offering their candidature for the
position of HR at your firm EY out of which you have to
choose the one that is the most suitable for your company.
After you are done choosing you will be asked to present a
report on the same and justify your choice in the
presentation round.

Here's the twist each employee has a secret !!

Which might make or break your company . Now it is up to
to you if want to know the secret. But it will cost you !

Every time you choose to reveal a secret of one

employee prior to the submission you will loose out on
2 points from your score

NOTE : You cannot give the characters any additional skills

or qualifications that might hinder with their character that
is already provided.
