Ⅱ. PEMEX Standard (PTRI-GTO-DSSSTPA-105)
General procedure
- Provide horizontal lifeline for all works at heights with available anchor points
- All scaffolding materials must be tested with stand at least four times the maximum load
to which they are subject, weight of personnel
- Working platform must be installed with over minimum 30cm of platform and only gap
between platform of 2.5cm are allowed
- Access up and down of stairs by applying the three-point support technique (two feet-one
hand or tow hands-one foot)
- Scaffolding shall be installed on level floor
- Leveling screws shall not be over larger than 30cm and wooden wedge in a good state of
12 x 12 x 2inches shall be used
- Suspend work in case of unsafe condition, adverse environmental conditions such as heavy
rain, thunder, thunderbolts and winds greater than 30km/h
