skills are important tools to a healthy and enjoyable life? Are you agree that Physical
education and its value has a big role to portray to our present situation? Why?

So why modern physical education is the method used? Because almost


physical activities here is about dances and sports or body movements that
helps us to regulate the circulation of our blood which becomes caused by a
healthy body and we become healthier. It also helps us because we
become healthy not only inside but also on the outside of our physical body.
And for me, I agree that physical education is a big contribution because
everything we do like our body movements can be studied in physical
education that helps us an individual and our daily lives..

 Physical Education is an important segment of general education which


aims to contribute to the total development of the learner physically,
mentally, emotionally and socially participation. Physical development is
individual participating actively to the selected physical activities that will
enhanced and maintain good health and high level of physical fitness. Mental
development is a participation in physical education activities that the
individual develops his capacities as he learned the mechanical principles of
underlying movement, knowledge and understanding, rules and strategies of
physical activities. Emotional development it is informal nature of physical
education offers opportunities for the development of expression and
emotional traits, those traits are self-confidence and determination that helps
us to practice our emotional health. And lastly is Social development it is one
of the physical education activities that provides opportunities for the
acquisition and practice of desirable social traits. Social traits are
friendliness, good sportsmanship, and honesty in group competition. Those
developments and traits are the activities we need to do or to apply because
it helps us to be healthier and to be happier.

My personal goals in life are to finish my studies and get a job to help
my parents immediately and repay all the sacrifices they made to get me an
education.

 FAMILY GOAL
My family goals are to be able to save and build a house for my
parents, for my brother and also build a house for myself with my future wife
to lift them out of hardship not suddenly but gradually little by little. And I can
do everything just to get out of hardships in life.

 COMMUNITY GOAL
And lastly my community goals are when I accumulated and settled
that everyone has nothing to think about. I will gradually help my community
so that we are not the only ones to resolve and also lift them little by little.
Because for me it is good to help others, especially the community where
you grew up.
