Flow rate As Mentioned In Enquiry / PO

Ambient condition -10 deg C to 50 deg C.

Drive End Hot end/Drive end to be Grease/Oil Lubricated & Cold end to be vacuum
Jacketed.
NPSH-R ≤ 2 meter.

Electric Motor Continuous duty Flame proof 3 phase/~415V/50HZ TEFC Electric motor
(With belt drive and guard) suitable for Zone1, gas group II B, T4 and
shall be ATEX/PESO Approved.

Motor to be suitable for VFD Drive.

Base Plate Base plate to be of Painted steel, Galvanized steel or stainless steel.

Operation System should be suitable for continuous 24 hr operation.

Testing Before dispatch Vendor shall have pump test bed with all the calibrated instruments for
the functional testing of pump.
Each pump is required to be functionally tested with Liquid
Nitrogen/LNG.
Based on the functional test vendor shall submit the details for, Head,
Capacity & efficiency of pump.
Functional test result shall be in compliance with this specification.

IOCL reserve the right to visit the test facility, asked for detailed function
test procedure from vendor before placement of order or witness the
functional testing of pump before delivery of pump.

High Pressure check valve on pump discharge.
High pressure SRV at pump Discharge line and Low pressure SRV at
Pump return line.
Surge chamber/Pulsation dampener at pump Discharge.
4 no’s PT-100 temperature sensors for seal leak detection, cavitation
protection, cool down control & crank drive temperature control.
Automatic vent valve on pump discharge. (Air operated )
Seal purging arrangement.
Recommended spares for Cold end and Drive end. (For 2 year
considering 12 hours operation per day).
Certificate All the accessories should be properly mounted on a pump skid.
ATEX or PESO approval certificate for all intrinsically safe & flame proof
items required like Motor, glands, PT-100 etc .
Document (In English language) Operation and Maintenance manual for Pump assembly. ( As per ISO
16924 )

P &ID and GA diagram of pump along with motor and base frame.
Foundation Load data along with foundation foot print drawing.
Temperature set point table for: - Loss of prime shutdown temperature
sensor (On delivery line), Suction return temperature sensor for starting
pump, Seal/Gland leak temperature sensor & crank drive temperature
control.
Recommended set point for Pressure switch.
Performance curve of Pump.
Pump and Motor datasheet.
Recommended and optional list of instrumentations or valves to be
fitted on the pump for reliable operation of pump.
Electrical logic diagram.
List of recommended spares.
Certificate of Functional Test

Marking Pump shall carry following marking in a durable and legible manner on a
firmly attached plate Identification of manufacturer.
Year of manufacturing
Unique identification of the pump like serial number.
Essential process data such as design pressure, Temperature, rated
power in kW (kilowatts) and supply voltage in V (Volts).
Warning and special condition for safe use.
Motor/system shall carry name plate with PESO approval number.
Packing Complete assembly to be supplied with polyethylene wrapping to
prevent the ingress of any moisture, oil and dust during transport and
storage at IOCL premises.
