1. With regards to the Division Memo No. 327, s. 2022 titled “SUBMISSION OF SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT
PLAN (SIP) FOR A NEW THREE-YEAR CYCLE (SY 2022-2023 TO SY 2024-2025)” we will be
conducting a child mapping in Brgy. Malingao, Tubod Lanao del Norte on August 2-3, 2022 for the said data is
needed for the crafting of the SIP.
2. With this the school principal assigned three (3) teachers per Purok, below is a list of teachers in every Purok.
