Proposed Solutions:
1. Workforce must be increased by multifold to reduce the workload and exploitation
of employees.
1. Reforming the old HR policies and practices and implementing them.
2. Introducing 3 shift work-days replacing the current 2 shift work-days.
3. Clear communication of the job roles and responsibilities before joining.
4. Provision of proper amenities, allowance at remote postings like hilly area
allowances in defense.
5. Stringent rules will be required to implement the laws like the same organization
follows most of the labor laws in its international contracts.
6. Proper hierarchy and reporting system must be implemented to reduce wait for
extra working hours.
7. Organizing fun activities, games, picnics and some other entertaining thing once
every month to keep the employee fresh because, too much work and no enjoy makes
