* Every KRA requires three (3) non-negotiable objectives, with the exception of Focusing on
Teaching and Learning, which requires all five specified objectives.

* Based on the weight per KRA, the weight per objective must be evenly distributed.

* The Plus Factor is an additional KRA that is not covered by the standard duties and
responsibilities. The weight on the plus factor shall not exceed the weight of the highest
mandated KRA.
