IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS
Read carefully

1. Remember to carry a PRINT of this ADMIT CARD with you to the ASE 2024 examination centre and preserve it safely till the completion of
admission procedure at IIT-HOME.
2. Entry to the ASE Examination centre will be allowed strictly against this ASE Admit Card. No candidate without Admit card shall be allowed to
enter the examination centre.
3. In addition to ASE Admit card, you should compulsorily carry with you a copy of your std. X Board Admit Card /school ID card/Adhaar Card as
an ID proof.
4. Please check if your name, date of birth on the Admit Card is correct. Also, carefully note the address of your examination centre and reporting
time.
5. You may scan the lower QR code above with a QR Scanner app using your smart phone, for directions to your examination centre.
6. You must report at the examination centre as per the reporting time given on your Admit Card. Candidates reporting after the entry closure time
for any reason whatsoever shall not be allowed to take the examination and would lead to their disqualification from ASE 2024.
7. No student will be allowed to leave the examination hall before the relieving time stated above.
8. You will be provided with pencils at the examination hall. Blank sheets for rough work, if required will be provided inside the examination hall.
You should therefore not carry any of these with them to the centre.
9. You will be required to submit the sheets provided for rough work to the invigilator inside the examination hall before leaving.
10. Log tables, calculators, calculating tools like abacus etc., mobile phones, tablets or any electronic gadget are strictly NOT PERMITTED inside
the examination hall. If you are carrying any of the above, you will be required to submit them outside the examination hall, at your own risk.
11. You are advised not to bring valuables, mobiles and any other personal belongings of high value while coming for the examination and the
examination centre shall not be responsible in case the item is/are lost or a theft occurs of such items which are brought to the examination
centre.
12. You will be allowed to carry a non-metallic water bottle only in the examination premises.
13. Following cases during examination will be considered as unfair means and will be dealt with strictly. They may even lead to expulsion of the
student from the examination hall and cancellation of his/her examination:
Candidate(s) found with any electronic gadgets such as mobile/pager/calculator/log tables/abacus/tablets/book/ copying material/ bits
of papers etc.
Candidate(s) found talking to each other or discussing any matter during the examinationor gesturing each other.
Candidate(s) disturbing other candidates in the examination hall and not maintaining complete silence.
Candidate(s) passing rough sheets to each other.
Candidate not following instructions given by the invigilators in the examination hall and found arguing with the invigilator involved in
the examination hall.
Candidate(s) found sitting on the seat other than allotted to him/her or appeared at other centre than that mentioned in the admit card.
Candidate(s) engaged in any other suspicious activities or in possession of any prohibited material during the examination.
14. Your candidature for this examination is provisional and is subject to you fulfilling the prescribed criteria of age, educational qualification,
photograph and signature specimen verification at examination centre. This admit card is issued purely on the basis of the details furnished by
you in the online application form, which is subject to a detailed scrutiny and if at any stage of the selection process any discrepancy is found or
you do not fulfil eligibility criteria as prescribed, your candidature is liable to be cancelled.
15. On the day of ASE 2024, outstation candidates travelling back to their hometown should make reservations with sufficient time margin in
anticipation of heavy traffic in the vicinity of examination centres.
16. Parents please note that to avoid inconvenience to large number of ASE appearing candidates, parents will strictly be NOT allowed inside
examination premises. Co-operation of parents is solicited.

18. Your result of ASE 2024 will be available on IIT-HOME website at the online registration portal https://ase.true-education.org, on or after 28th
April 2022, 11:00 am.
19. INTRODUCTORY SESSION of ASE 2024 will be conducted online on Zoom platform, only for ASE qualified candidates only, on Sunday, 1st
May, 2022 at 5:00 pm. Link to attend the session would be emailed to ASE qualified candidates on the day of session.
20. The Introductory session is very important & compulsory to attend only for all ASE qualified candidates, along with one
parent/guardian. Candidates who fail to attend the session will not be eligible for admission to IIT-HOME, even if they have qualified ASE
2024.
