ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

SCHOOL SAFETY PROTOCOLS

I. INTRODUCTION
It’s been a year when the dreadful Covid- 19 hit our country and left us in total chaos. As
we battle on the rapid increase of the Covid- 19, Pintong Bukawe Elementary School adheres to
strictly follow the IATF safety health protocols. With this, the school implements the protocols
to avoid the mutation of the virus.

II. OBJECTIVES
1. Post signages on safety health protocols
2. Coordinate with the DOH and IATF minimum health standards
3. Explain the consequences of not following the signages
4. Strictly adheres to implement the safety protocols on school

III. HIGHLIGHTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

1. Posting directional flow on people who come and go on school
2. Posting and reminding the public to follow the safety protocols
3. Reproducing hand washing area near the entrance gate

IV. RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Make the parents or visitors to understand the seriousness of these implementation
2.
V. FUTURE PLANS
1. To follow the safety protocols for long period of time if necessary, to avoid increase of
infection
