    NARRATIVE REPORT OF HEALTH AND SAFETY PROTOCOLS

    Elementary School in its obligation to guarantee that education must


    continue amid difficulties and vulnerabilities of face to face classes. Schooling is
    one of the most affected aspects of human life due to coronavirus disease-2019
    (COVID-19) pandemic.

    To ensure health and safety of the learners , teaching and non-


    teaching personnel of Sinoron Elementary School precaution and health
    standards that needed to observed in school where heightened. In line with this,
    the following activities were observed:

    1. Wearing of face mask


    2. Regular handwashing and disinfection
    3. Maintain a daily log sheet of all persons entering, with contact
    information, as a proactive measure in aid of possible co9ntact tracing in
    the future.
    4. Conduct a temperature check using thermal scanner of all person upon
    entrance.
