3. JEMHRA ROSE PABILA GARCIA, Philippine, Filipino citizen with

residence or office address at #80 Unit 32 MASIKAP EXTENSION Central ,
QUEZON CITY, SECOND DISTRICT, NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION
(NCR), 1100 is its resident agent in the Philippines, authorized to accept
summons and legal processes in all legal proceedings and, all notices affecting
the corporation.

4. The corporation shall hold office in #80 UNIT 32 MASIKAP EXTENSION

CENTRAL , QUEZON CITY, SECOND DISTRICT, NATIONAL CAPITAL

information and to conduct promotional activities of mothers company's
activities; to act as liaison office and promotion of their activities as non-stock.
