kanyang gurong-tagapayo.

harm.
To help you easily understand and practice personal care and safety, keep
these in mind:
B – Be aware of the safety rules in all places that you will go. Also, if you are
using a computer or any gadget, inform your parent/guardian in opening any
website for them to check if it is safe for you.
E – Express your feelings to your trusted adults whenever you have any difficulty
or anything that bothers you.
S – Say ‘no’ to things that may harm you.
A – Avoid talking to people you don’t know whether it is face-to-face or if you are
using any social media account.
F – Follow the instructions given by your parents, significant adults and teachers
especially that we are facing pandemic. Never fail to follow personal hygiene
tips.
