1. Zone leaders and members must work as a team.

2. Must ensure health and safety protocol while working with and installing the Banderitas.
3. Outputs shall be creative, cost friendly and eco-friendly.
4. Output is a combination of indigenous and recyclable materials.
5. Official inspection committee shall be the one to judge the area on the day of judging.
