A partial validation for a commercially available ELISA
Birthplace: Willemstad, (Euroimmune) was performed to assess parameters for the accurate
Curaçao and precise detection of SARS-CoV-2 S1-specific antibody.
Nationality: Dutch Furthermore, analyses to assess whether there was a correlation
between neutralizing antibody titres detected with
microneutralization assays and binding antibodies using the
commercially available S1-specific ELISA and three in-transferred
ELISAs targeting different SARSCoV-2 epitopes (S1, Pre-S, RBD
