BACKGROUND
It has been observed that many people consider mathematics concepts to be abstract and fail to
see their applicability in everyday life situations particularly measures of central tendency, hence
the need to carry out the practical so that learners appreciate the importance of mathematics in
everyday life situations. You are therefore required to calculate the mean, mode and median from
data you collect.

You are required to:

➢ Calculate the mean of your data
➢ Calculate the median of your data
➢ Calculate the mode of your data
