Introduction :

Digitalization can be defined as a process aimed at transforming traditional processes, objects, tools
or professions through new digital technologies in order to make them more efficient. Now it is
possible to process almost everything online. It is the logical continuation of the technological
evolution, of the Internet and of information.

Before talking about the impact of digitalization on the insurance industry in algeria, we first
talk about the supports of digital transformation. Firstly we find the social media which covers all the
activities which integrate technology, can cite for example the social network facebook Twitter
Instagram

Are impact and that customers are increasingly using social media to give or receive
recommendations before making a choice, to express their opinions, to obtain opinions from other
interactions with an expanded and better informed network friends and expert family members they
know and trust. The impact on the ease of transmission of information to a circle of public and

digitalization in the insurance industry involves challenges such as financial investment for digital
tools and staff training; a good command of digital tools based on the latest technologies; a study of

technologies;close relationships between entrepreneurs, colleagues, partners and customers; more
collaborative project management.

This is why the insurance industries in Algeria must study digitalization in all sides in order to properly
master and benefit from these useful innovations.
