Project brief – is a document where the project team sets out all the requirements of the plan.
This is very useful for the develop of the project. In this document the team should put all
stages of the plan. It is divided in three parts purpose, objectives, outcomes and its components
are roles and responsibilities, resources, milestones, standards, risks, copyright condition,
payment schedule, schedule, and indemnity.

b) Critical path method – Is a way of ordering tasks according to dependencies and time
taken. The CPM shows you the critical tasks, or key activities, in terms of their impact
on the whole project time frame. Developing a critical path analysis also shows you the
best way to schedule tasks within the time frame.

7. You are managing a project to train staff members in a specialist, high-risk work
role. Training must be delivered within a given time frame, in your workplace by
a technically qualified and experienced trainer.

Using the five-step risk management process, identify two risks to the project and suggest
how these risks could be controlled.
Five steps for control risk:
a) Prevent the risk from occurring in the first place.
b) Reduce the probability of the risk occurring.
c) Transfer the impact of the risk to a third party (include penalty clauses in contracts so
financial losses resulting from substandard work are not incurred).
