SCADA

The Scada page is consisted of an interface that you can perform both automatically and manually,
and it is designed to be user friendly, and you can manage your powerhouse efficiently.

On the inferior left corner of the screen, there is an indicator that giving information about your
communication with the PLC. If this indicator is red and stationary, it means that there is not any
communication, and if it is green and moving, you have a communication.

Start Button

If it is red, your system is off, and if it is green, your system is ready for use. If the system
is in the off position, once it is clicked, the color turns to green and during this, the alert is activated
automatically. When the system is in the ready state, click it again, the color turnsto red and the
system returns to the off position.

Automatic / Manual Control Buttons

Next to the Start button, there are three automatic / manual

control buttons. The production process is basically divided into three stages. These are filling,
emptying and mixing stages. Thus, these three processes can automatically or manually be
positioned independently of each other, so you can manage your production process more
effectively.

Alert Button

Normally, when you start your system, the alert is automatically started when the
automatic production is completed. Otherwise you can use this button when you want to operate
the alert manually. The alert will stop when you leave the alert to work for as long as you keep the
button pressed with the mouse.

Compressor Button

You can use this button to operate your compressor motor. Once you click it,
the compressor motor is started. If you click on the same button again while the engine is running,
the engine is stopped. The button symbol will be shown in green when the engine is running.

Continuation Button [F2]

If the quantity is too high during the production and the quantity is filled in very
low quantities, the production is automatically stopped and the operator is expected to evaluate the
production process by observing the values. In addition, during production, the operator can also use
the "Stop" button to stop the production. To resume a production that has been pending, you can
click Continuation button.
Stop Button [F10]

If it is clicked during production, production is paused. At this stage; production

click the same button for the second time, a warning window will be displayed that saying the
production will be canceled.

End Button

You start a production and think about that this production is an 8-periods production.
You gave up production at the end, but if you want it to be completed in the period of production.
For example, if you click on the fourth period and click this button, production will be completed at
the end of 4 periods, not 8.

Moisture Button

When you click this button, a window will be opened where you can edit the
aggregate moisture rates. When you enter an aggregate moisture ratio, the relevant aggregate
production target will be increased by the humidity and the water production target will be reduced
by the same amount.

Print Button

If production is ongoing, and if there is no ongoing production of ongoing production;

you will be able to print the last production line you have made.

Order Window

Through this window, you can open your

orders separately and keep track of how much you have completed your order. To make an order,
the customer must be absolutely selected on the site, prescription and service class order.

Tasks window

This window is that you can start

production depending on the orders you have opened. If you double-click on the order you have
opened, a new task will be created. After selecting your production target, you can start production
with "Start Now" button and wait in the "Tasks" window to produce later with "Stand by" button,
you can start automaticaly immediately after completion of production with "Serial Production"
button.

2. PRODUCTIONS

n the Productions page you can view the automatic productions you have made in the requested
date range, print this document if you are using a printed official document, print the production
information in a report or save it as an Excel file.

At the same time, you can open or edit a new production card without making a production. It is not
allowed to change prescription information on cards belonging to automatic production, but other
information can be edited.

3. REPORTS

On the Reports
page you can view your production reports according to the required date range. Basically, reports
are collected under three main headings.

Shipment reports are basically based on cubic quantities of sent concrete; consumption reports add
to your report on stock quantities used in more detail. Inventory reports include stock movements,
as well as automatic fill and manual consumption reports.

You can view, print or save as an Excel file by selecting the appropriate report title under the relevant
heading.
4. CUSTOMERS

On this page, you can create information cards about your customers and sites. On the left side of
the page, on the right side of your customers' cards, the site card of the selected customer is
displayed. With the help of Add, Edit, Delete buttons you can create, edit or delete your new
information cards.

5. PRESCRIPTIONS

On
this page, you can create your information cards about your prescriptions and contents. When you
open your prescription card, make sure that the following times are set in accordance with your
prescription so that your prescription production can be healthy. These times are used for automatic
production and can be set separately for each prescription.

Mixture Time
This period determines how long all the materials will be blended after entering the blending mix.

Full Open Time

When the concrete discharge in the mixer mixer passes, it determines how long the lid should remain
open for a while in the fully open position.

Cement Row
The aggregate mixer determines how soon after the mixer starts to pour, the cement discharge is
started.

Water Row
As soon as the aggregate starts to pour into the mixer, how long afterwards will the discharge of
water begin.

Contribution Row
As soon as the aggregate starts to pour into the mixer, how long afterwards will the chemical
additive discharge be started.

Creating Prescription Content

On the Prescriptions
page, stocks are listed on the Materials tab page and must be opened previously from the Stocks
page. Under the content heading, the contents of the recipe are shown, and the material totals are
shown if the amounts are just below.

The "Lock" button is clicked first to create the content. In this way, content editing is activated and
the key is shown in green. You can add the selected material to the prescription using the right arrow
button located just below, or you can remove the selected material from the recipe using the left
arrow button. After you have specified the materials in your prescription, enter the amount of the
material and click the lock button again to close the edit mode to complete the process. In this case
the lock will appear red. If you switch from the Presets page to another page without closing the edit
mode, edit mode will be turned off by default.
6. INVENTORY

In this page you can create stock cards and stock movement cards, and you can follow your stock and
silo levels at the same time. Stock cards are divided into four main groups: aggregate, water, cement,
and chemical additives. When you open your card, it is absolutely necessary to choose which of these
grades belongs to your class.

Your stock cards and stock levels are displayed under the Inventory heading. Entries The total of the
entries you made in the Stock movements section, the total of the exits you have made in the Exits
column in the same way, the Fillings column the automatic fill sum, and the Consumables column
shows the sum of manual consumptions.

Under the Silicon heading you can see the levels of your existing silos.

Under the Stock Movement heading, inventory entry or exit movements are made. With the date
picker tool under the same title, you can view or rearrange the desired date range movements.

7. DEFINITONS

On the Definitions page, drivers and car cards are created. You must first create the driver cards and
then open the car cards to determine the default driver for each car.

The vehicles are divided into three groups, concrete mixer, concrete pump and others, and it is
absolutely necessary to determine which of these classes the vehicle belongs to when opening your
card.
An important point to note when creating a card for a concrete mixer is its capacity. When
manufacturing, it is not allowed to exceed the capacity specified here.

8. USERS

The users are grouped into supervisor, admin and user groups. The default
password for each is the same as the user name. "Supervisor" is the most authorized user and only
one can be opened. "Admin" is second level and can be more than one. "User" is the third level and
can be more than one. All users, including Supervisor admin, have the right to edit the information of
Admin users, with each user having the right to edit their own information.

9. SETTINGS

Switchboard Tab

Alert Duration
Every time you start the system and the alert is activated automatically at the end of each
production. From here you can determine the duration of the alert.

Auto Write and Ask Without Writing

If you want to automatically send the shipment to the automatic dispenser when all the materials
have been emptied in the mixer during the last period during production, you should check
"Automatic Write" option. If you want the confirmation window to be displayed before printing in
the same step, you have marked "Ask without typing".

Batch Report
Check this option if you want the in-batch report to appear in the inbox, otherwise uncheck it.

Document Number
Each time you make a production, the document number is automatically incremented by one. If you
want this number to start, set the value accordingly. For example, if you enter 1000 here, your next
production will be document number 1001.

Billing Order
With this button you can arrange your delivery schedule in the format suitable for the printed
document by means of the next dispatch screen.

Confirm Production
You will see this option, a summary of production information is shown in a window before
production begins, and you are awaiting confirmation to begin.

Special Target
When you create a new production task, the default production target is either a fixed value that you
specify, or the capacity of the concrete mixer you have selected. If you mark specific targets will be
always just below the value written on the box the default destination specific target values each
time you create a new production task. If you do not check this option, the default production target
will be the capacity of the concrete mixer you have selected.

Database and Backup

If you want your data to be backed up every few days, enter the backup interval box. For example, if
you enter 5 here, your data will be automatically backed up every five days. Now you can get a
backup immediately using the backup button. Your backups are sent to the folder where the program
is installed into the folder with the name Backup. Please remember to copy this folder to an external
storage medium for your backups to be healthy and safe.

Company Info
Under this heading you can enter your company information. The information you enter here will be
displayed as subtitles in your reports.
Weighbridges Tab

Under this tab you can see your existing scales and edit the relevant parameters.

Weighbridges Name

Enter a name here that indicates the class of the weighbridge. The value you enter is displayed on
the weighbridge on the scada screen.

Capacity
The maximum capacity of the scale.

Decimal
The value that determines how many decimals you want to display on the scale
Zero Area
It is the value that you specify in which range of values the scale is to be considered empty. For
example, if 20 is entered, the scale indication is considered to be null between these values, including
-20 and +20.

Stability
Once filling of a silo has been completed during filling, it is still necessary to specify how many
seconds the next silo should pass. The stability period is a feature that must be taken into account in
order to maintain production targets. At the same time, cover shots are automatically calculated
depending on this time. If this time is not set as required, it will be less accurate to calculate the
smoothed values and the spent stock values if it is shorter than it should be.

Infiltration
During production, when the weigher enters the zero zone, it begins to count this period and the
discharge of the weigher is not stopped until the period is over.

Flow
It represents the amount of material flowing in one second. If the weighbridge remains below the
value you enter here for more than 10 seconds, it will warn you by giving a flow fault.

Emptying Vibrators
The ON value is the running time of the vibrator and the OFF value is the waiting time of the vibrator.
The FL value is the vibrator's working fluid and if the flow rate falls below this value, the vibrator will
enter the circuit otherwise it will stop. If you want the vibrator to work in all cases the FL value
should be zero. The ON and OFF values must be zero to completely deactivate the vibrator.

Silos ;Tab

The silos present in your system are displayed in groups on the Silos tab. The exact density of each
silo should be determined.

Inventory Name
Under this heading, it is absolutely necessary to determine which materials are contained in each
silo. In order to be able to list the materials there, it is absolutely necessary to open the cards from
the Stocks page. If you want to delete a stock in a wipe, clear the check box on the left side.

Capacity
Column where the capacity value of Silo is entered.

Tolerance
It is worth asking how much you want to give warning when you get less than half of the target
amount during production. For example, if 20 values are entered here, production will be stopped
temporarily if more than 20 kilograms are missing from the production target and "Tolerance Error"
will be displayed on the scale to which the silo is attached. Production can be continued on the Scada
screen with the "Continue" button.

Shot
The shot value is the amount of material falling from the beginning of the closure to the closing. The
shot value is automatically calculated but can be rearranged from this section. The "Stability" value in
the "Scales" tab must be entered correctly in order for the shot value to be calculated correctly.

Fast
This feature, which is frequently used in the aggregate group, is used to slow the flow of material
below a certain kilogram. For example, for a double-glazed aggregate container, when this value
starts to fill, the double cover is opened at the same time and the flow of material is slowed by
closing one of the last 200 kilograms.

Filling Vibrators
The ON value is the running time of the vibrator and the OFF value is the waiting time of the vibrator.
The FL value is the vibrator's working fluid and if the flow rate falls below this value, the vibrator will
enter the circuit otherwise it will stop. If you want the vibrator to work in all cases the FL value
should be zero. The ON and OFF values must be zero to completely deactivate the vibrator.

Transfer Tab

Transfer Band
It contains the parameters related to the operation of the transfer band.

Casting Time
This time is important only in mobile systems. In such systems, the aggregate is discharged directly to
the mixer via the transfer band. As soon as the aggregate band starts to rotate, the time until the first
arrival of the mix is kept and this period should be entered as the casting period. The cement, water
and additive scales will not drain before this period expires.

Transfer Duration
As soon as the aggregate band has completely drained, the time between the completely mixed mix
discharge of the material remaining on the transfer band must be maintained and entered as the
transfer time. The mixer mix cycle will not switch on until the transfer time is complete. It is not
necessary to enter this value only in the case of tied systems.

Stability
Aggregate bands will not work until the transfer band starts working. The stability period is the time
required to take over the transfer belt. The aggregate bands start working after the transfer band has
been run and only after the stability period has been completed.

Stop idle
If there is no production in the system, the transfer band stops automatically after this time. During
this period of production, the mix starts to mix in the last period, and if no new production is given, it
stops at the end of this period.

Auto Stop
Check this option if you want the transfer band to run only when needed, rather than running
continuously throughout the production process. Thus, the transfer band will work when necessary
and will automatically stop at the end of the transfer period.

Waiting Bunker
The parameters under this heading must be set only on systems with standby bunkers.

Discharge Time
It is necessary to completely discharge the material in the waiting bin.

Vibrators

When the holding hopper is fully open, if the vibrator is on, it will wait for the duration of OFF to run
for the duration of ON. The ON and OFF times must be set to zero to disable.

Mixer Tab

Capacity
The working capacity of the mixer is its value.

Maximum current
The highest value of the current scale you see on the screen.

Stable current
The average current value measured when the mixer is running in full.

High Current
The current of the mixer is the value you want it to warn you about when it goes past.

High Current Limit

The mixer automatically opens and discharges the mixer cover if the above-mentioned high current
remains at the value for the time you enter here. At this time, if the current returns to normal, the
cover will be closed automatically.

Automatic Lubrication
If there is an automatic lubrication system in the mixer, the lubrication will wait for OFF duration
during ON time.

On and Standby Time

Hydraulic operated mixer covers are opened by opening the cover until the Waiting Time is left. This
allows a gradual opening of the lid. If you do not want to use the tier, enter a value greater than zero
for the On time and a value of zero for the Waiting Time.

Duration of compulsion
When the mixer hydraulic door sees that it is closed during the closing time, the closing command is
interrupted. But in addition to this, if you want to run some more shutdowns, you have to enter the
time value you want here.

Wait for Approval

There are two check boxes next to this statement. If you mark the first box, you will ask for approval
once the mixer has been emptied for the duration of production for each production. If both are
marked together, they will require the discharge approval every period during the production
process.

Switch Wait
Mark this box if you are using an additional switch for the discharge of the mixer, otherwise leave it
blank. In the case of duty, the mixer does not pass through this siwtch entry without discharge.
