Renew your business license endorsements

One or more of your license endorsement(s) for the location above expires on September 30, 2021. Renew
soon so you'll have your updated license document before the expiration date. The endorsement(s) that
need to be renewed can be found on your state business license or visit licenselookup.wa.gov.

Renew online
In most cases, you will receive your license document by mail within 10-15 business days when you renew
online through My DOR, our business licensing system.

To renew:
1. Go to dor.wa.gov and click the Log in button to access or create your account.
2. After you log in, click Get Started on the My DOR Services page.
3. On the account Summary page, click Renew Business License and follow the prompts to renew your
business license.
No Alert?
1. On the More Options tab, click Add Access to an Account.
2. Enter the Letter ID (L0017347265) and click the Next button.
3. Enter the nine-digit UBI number (604328852) and click the Next button.
4. Verify the information and click the Submit button.
5. Return to step 3 above.

You can pay your renewal fees online with an electronic check (no additional fees) or a major
credit card (2.5% credit card processing fee). We cannot accept payments over the phone.

Don’t have Internet access?

To request a paper renewal form, call (360) 705-6741 Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. When you
call, choose option 1, then option 2. Allow 10 business days to receive the form. We must receive the
completed form and payment by your expiration date. You will receive your new license document by mail
within four weeks. We cannot accept payments over the phone.

Avoid delinquency fees

File your renewal by your expiration date to avoid delinquency fees or termination of your endorsements.
The delinquency fee is 50 percent of the license fee, up to $150 (RCW 19.02.085).

Waiving delinquent penalty fees

The Department has been granted authority to waive delinquent penalty fees on late renewals. Check our
website at dor.wa.gov/taxrelief to see what expiration months are included.

The Department does not have the authority to extend business license expiration dates. If your license
endorsements expired and you have not renewed, check with the state or local regulatory agency for your
endorsement to determine if continued operation is allowed.

My DOR Security Changes

Beginning Sept. 14, 2021, you will notice an additional security measure to safeguard your account
information. Multi-Factor Authentication is a security feature that requires users to verify their identity with
more than just a username and password to provide an extra layer of protection. Banks and many other
organizations require MFA to protect their customers from unauthorized access.

What you need to do

It is important that your mobile number (if available) and email address are current in your Secure Access
Washington (SAW) profile. To update and verify this information:
1. Log in to My DOR at dor.wa.gov/MyDOR.
2. On the My DOR Services page, click Get Started.
3. On the account Summary page, click the Manage My Profile link in the top right corner of the page.
4. On the Manage My Profile page, click the Profile tab.
5. Click the Use your SAW profile link to update your name and email address.

How does MFA work?

When you log in to your My DOR account or update your SAW profile, you may be required to complete the
multi-factor authentication process. An authentication code will be immediately sent to the verified email
address or mobile phone number registered in your account. Upon receipt, you simply submit the code to
proceed to your account.
