ATTESTATION SECTION, RPRMD

One of the main functions of this Division/Section is to administer and manage

pertinent records of all uniformed and non-uniformed personnel of this Police
Regional Office. The Placement and Promotion Selection Section/ Attestation
Section also ensures that all personnel such as Newly Appointed Police
Commissioned and Non-Commissioned Officers, Newly promoted personnel and
even demoted personnel will be process and forwarded to able to attest their
appointment to the Civil Service Commission for attestation which are guided by the
2017 omnibus rules on appointments and other human resource actions.
This section strictly adheres to the qualification standard set by the
Commission under NAPOLCOM Resolution 2013-501 as promulgated by RA 8551.
A total of 986 newly appointed Police Non-Commissioned Officers was
process by this office as Temporary Original and 163 of which are renewed as
Permanent Reappointment. Shown below are NAPNCOs process NAPNCOs by

For the Period of April 2021 up to March 2022 a total of 67 Police

Commissioned Officers (PCOs) was promoted by promotion was processed and
been forwarded to Civil Service National Headquarters for attestation. Shown below

From April 2021 to March 2022 a total of 229 Police Commissioned Officers
(PCOs) and 1543 Police Non-Commissioned Officers Attested Appointment (CSC-
33-A) for promotion were personally released and received by the concerned
personnel. While, a total of 320 Newly Appointed Police Commissioned Officers
(NAPCOs) and 1838 Police Non-commissioned Officers (NAPNCOs) attested
appointment in temporary and permanent status were release by this section.
