Success

Respected teachers and my dear friends A/A. It is a matter of great pleasure for me to be here on
the dice to deliver a speech _________________________________is my topic for the day.Hope
everyone learns something new from my speech.
 
So what is success? and why is everyone running after it? We live in a period where everyone
wants to be successful. We want to accomplish something in our lives . It could be to get a
dream job or get good grades in the exams. The point which I want to prove is that the definition
of success varies from one person to another. The person sitting next to you will have a
completely different view of success compared to yours,so there is no definite definition of
success for everyone around the world.
 
But success could be simply defined as the satisfaction one gets after achieving his or her goal.
We all know that every student in the school aims to be successful in the studies, academics and
getting good grades is the dream of every student. Today’s modern world is full of success
stories. The Success of man in the field of space technology, research and development, and
remarkable achievements that have revolutionised the life of mankind on earth are enough to
motivate us for being successful in our lives
 
Friends let me tell you the road to success is not easy. Success is also not achieved in a day or a
night. It is a long and steady process that requires proper planning,hard work, commitment, and
sacrifice. 
 
Friends let me tell you that the amount of success a person achieves is directly related to the
number of things that person has sacrificed in life. I truly believe that if we are not ready to
sacrifice the things that are dearest to our heart, we won’t achieve in learning new skills and
inventing new things. If we invest time in studies, the time investes back as a reward to us. All I
want to say to all my friends present here is that we need to dream about a good life, set a good
target that we feel will settle our lives and it is very important to work out the ways and means to
achieve the set goal.
 
Dear friends to be successful we might have to go through failures.Facing failure fearlessly is
required if we want to achieve our goals. Many people don’t take risks because they fear failure
and those are the people who never be successful in their lives .The Steve Jobs, Mark
Zuckerberg, Bill Gates,and many more are known for taking risks in life. Let us take the example
of Elon Musk. When Elon Musk had third failure of space rockets or we can say satellites in a row.
He was asked will you pack this all. The reply from Elon Musk was that “no” and again said “I
never give up”. He took another risk to launch a rocket and he was successful. Friends , what I
am trying to say is that taking a risk in life is very important and in the process we may encounter
failures and facing failures is more important it is the only thing that guides us through our
journey to success. Do not be afraid of failures and always remember that when we fail we get
an opportunity to learn from it and move forward.
 
To conclude this speech I want to say that Success plays an important role in a person’s life. It is
very important to be successful if we want to be recognized by the world around-us. But we
need to keep in mind that success is not the final stage of one’s life, it won’t solve all of our
problems. We often hear that many people take success too seriously and have mental health
issues like anxiety and depression. Having a goal in our mind and working towards it is very
important but it does not mean being too serious about it. Work on the process of becoming
successful rather than running after it. We should Spend time with our families and friends while
working on our goals and enjoy life. Success will come to us if we follow the principles of
achieving the success.
