EMPLOYMENT OFF ER
The terms and conditions of your employment. Your employrnent with this
company will endure unlimited period unless terrninate in accordance with the
provisions contai ned below.
EFFECTIVE DATE
The effective date of this contract is the date of signature here of, however
should you have been employed by the company prior to the effective date and
continue to remain in the employee of the company effective date then
applicabillty of the time periods for calculation of holiday leave will be calculated
in accordance with the date you commenced you employment with the company
in terms of clause.
REMUNERATION
Your initial basic salary will be 1000 Euros (one thousand Euros) per month,
payable with effect 5th day of each month. You further agree to the deduction in
terms of section 34(1) of basic conditions of employment Act No.75 of 2005, as
amended. The company will provide to you food and accommodation at free of
cost. Basic medical insurance and transportation also provided by the company
only.
EMPLOYMENT DUTIES
The following conditions of employment. You should report to Mrs. JOVITA PIAS
(Hr. department of origin behalf of ernployee) who will determine your duties and
responsibilities from time to time. Your appointment is subjected to the
conditions set out in the Human Recourse Policies and procedure manual, as
amended from time to time. You must confirm to any other regulation,
