Active, means the master controller. The controller with full hardware connections and
setting up software connections first will be the master.
Lock Standby I/O, means the master controller but the I/O connections or I/O software
configuration in the slave controller is different from the master.
Standby, means the slave controller in which the I/O software configuration and the
arithmetic configuration is same with the master.
Initializing, means the slave controller in which the I/O software configuration or the
arithmetic configuration is different from the master.
