Shower device level with the surrounding ground

Abstract

The present invention relates to a shower device that is level with the surrounding ground (1”) and
that includes a wastewater recovery surface combined with a means for draining said water, said
recovery surface comprising a tub (1) embedded in the ground (1'), the peripheral edge (2) of which,
on all or part of the periphery thereof, is substantially flush with said surrounding ground (1”), said
recovery device also comprising a detachable mounting element (2’) forming the shower floor and
substantially level with said surrounding ground (1”) when in the operative position so as to form a
surface continuity between the latter and the detachable mounting element (2’). The peripheral edge
(2) of the tub (1) includes a preferably planar seat portion surface (2”), and the tub (1) is held in a
recess (3) in the ground (1’) by at least said seat portion surface (2”) resting on a belt (3’) of said
recess (3) at a level lower than that of the surrounding ground (1”). The device is also characterized in
that said seat portion surface (2”) extends through a raised surface (4), the upper edge (4’) of which is
substantially flush with the surrounding ground (1”).
