TO THE REVIVAL OF THE TOURISM INDUSTRY POST-PANDEMIC ERA”

Dear, Dr. Villaroman

We, the Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management 2-3 students will be having a webinar
entitled “Preparing for Takeoff: Road to the revival of the tourism industry post pandemic era”
on May 14, 2022 at 1:00-2:30 in the afternoon as one of the requirements for the completion for
the Intro to MICE as applied to tourism.

The conduct of the webinar will be deemed beneficial with the following objectives:
1. To reflect on what had happened to tourism these past few years.
2. To explore different versions of the future of the tourism industry.
3. To prepare the tourism management students for the industry that they will be handling in
the future.

We believe that the said webinar will guide all the tourism student and tourism industry
professional participants the desire to enlighten the current generation about the ways they can
help build a more resilient and sustainable industry after the pandemic.

In the line with this, we would like to request for an approval from your good office for the
realization of the proposed webinar.
