Body language is a form of non-verbal communication that conveys more than just hand gestures. Factors like eye contact and posture can demonstrate attitudes and feelings. It is more universal than spoken language. Videos showed that some people find communicating through non-verbal cues challenging. Public speakers use tools like avoiding excessive hand movements and appearing relaxed to engage audiences. These skills are important both professionally when presenting, and personally to build relationships through body language.

In the videos, I was able to understand some issues
regarding what are communication tools, especially
regarding body language. Now, body language could be defined as a form of non-verbal communication, many times we think that it only refers to the gestures made with the hands, but in reality it is much broader, since for example a look, can demonstrate many things. Body language is much more universal than verbal language, because sometimes we may or may not speak another language, but with just a little attention we can interpret the body language of many other people. In one of the videos you can see how sometimes it is a little complicated for some people not so sociable, to get a good communication through nonverbal language, that is why there are tools that speakers and other people who often speak in public use, these recommendations facilitate communication. Some of them are: do not make excessive hand movements, so as not to create a barrier, always try not to show nervousness, try to create a relaxed atmosphere in order to maintain control. I believe that these tools are important in the professional field, since many times we are faced with situations in which we must present an investigation and even if the subject is mastered to perfection, through body language we can get the attention of the spectators, also in everyday life, we can maintain a cordial relationship with the rest of the people with whom we communicate, even with strangers. Personally, with my close circle I am a very communicative person, I consider that body language reinforces every word I say, I have even been able to communicate with people who speak other languages, but through signs and gestures we have managed to maintain a conversation. However, speaking in a more formal setting is something that causes me some fear, but it is then when I try to keep calm, try to manage the fear and thus manage to express myself. With respect to verbal communication, we must always take into account the environment we are in, since it is not the same to expose an investigation as it is to have a casual conversation with a friend. In the case of formal or professional conversations, we must take into account, first of all, the mastery of the subject. Something very important is our tone of voice and the confidence with which we express ourselves. I believe that speaking in front of a mirror is an exercise that can help us lose our fear of public speaking. Something that I saw in the videos and that I will try to apply is not to cross my arms, as that can be interpreted as a barrier between me and the other people.i FINALLY CONSIDER THAT 2 ESSENTIAL ELEMENTS FOR COMMUNICATION ARE SELF CONFIDENCE AND STAYING CALM.
I think, communication is essential for human beings,
most of our activities are possible thanks to verbal and non-verbal communication.
