1. What is the importance of School Grievance for Teachers?

In fact, grievance provides a channel to release the employee's discontent.
Without the system of grievance, unexpressed dissatisfaction may lead to harmful
effects and destructive activities. Due to the grievance system, managers can take
corrective action before discontent gets expressed undesirable behavior.

2. What is the content of the Article 14 Section 3 of the 1987 Philippine

Constitution?
No law shall be made respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting
the free exercise thereof. The free exercise and enjoyment of religious profession
and worship, without discrimination or preference, shall forever be allowed. No
religious test shall be required for the exercise of civil or political rights.
