3. LU SS evaluates 4 sets of All documents SS 4 hours
application documents required vis-à-vis compliance with (If with deficiencies, LU SS pertinent laws and returns the application SEC rules and documents to applicant regulations with affected pages folded and deficiencies enumerated at the Cover Sheet)
4. LU SS Issues the PAF Type of Application SS 15 minutes
5. Upon receipt of CRs vis-à-vis SS 3 working
application from the all documents required days CFRD,CRMD,LU SS re- vis-à-vis compliance evaluates the application with pertinent laws and and prepares the CRs SEC rules and regulations (In case of deficiency, the applicant is immediately informed of the deficiency)
6. Reviews the application CRs vis-à-vis all AD 3 working
and initials the CR documents required days vis-à-vis compliance (In case of any finding, the with pertinent laws and CR and application is SEC rules and returned to the LU SS for regulations appropriate action.)
7. Approves the application CRs and all D 1 working
and signs the CRs documents required day vis-à-vis compliance (In case of any finding, the with pertinent laws and CR and application is SEC rules and returned to LU for regulations appropriate action.)
