How are this stressor affects your body, mind, and emotion? And how would you manage yourself to keep you happy and healthy?
Answer: Cause since I’m always overreacting and kept thinking on what will happen if I do this situation or that, I keep feeling so much
paranoid when I experience a lot of difficult situation which makes me have second thoughts whether which one to decide and to avoid
having a a bad decision towards my reputation.
