Long waiting in queues can reduce customer satisfaction and ultimately lead to customers not taking FD from the
bank.

As everything was offline, multiple customers could not be addressed at one time which might lead to loss of money
more customers
For HDFC fixed deposit we analyzed the stages in the entire process, identified problems, and provided a full analysis
on improving the processes and how it would affect the overall flow of the FD process.
