PROJECT The case given to us involves a manual process that requires a lot of manual

The lead time for finishing the FD increases if there are several FD requests
on a given day. It takes a long time to verify the customer, keep track of the
FD application form, print the passbook, and provide the customer with the
signed hard copy.
Additionally, the current system’s restriction on money transfers from
accounts belonging to the same bank renders the FD process unavailable to
users who have accounts with many banks.

Online automated processes can be implemented to get around issues,


including the amount of time needed, accessibility to the procedure,
monitoring the progress of the deposit, and lowering dependency on others.

case scenarios, UAT scenarios, and DFD, BA discovers redundant processes,
