The animal will be covered by a health certificate in English and Spanish, issued by the official national authority of animal health of the
exporting country, stating:/ El animal estará amparado por un certificado zoosanitario en ingles y español, expedido por la autoridad
oficial de sanidad animal del país exportador certificando que:

1. The dog underwent a clinical examination by an accredited veterinarian. This examination should be within 10 days prior to
shipment. The animal was found healthy with no symptoms of infectious diseases and without visible external parasites (mites,
ticks, fleas) also should include breed, sex, color and age of the animal./El canino fue sometido a un examen clínico por parte de
un médico veterinario acreditado. Este examen debe realizarse dentro de los 10 dias antes del embarque. El animal fue
encontrado sano, sin síntomas de enfermedades infectocontagiosas y sin ectoparásitos visibles (ácaros, garrapatas, pulgas),
además, debe incluir raza, sexo, color y edad del animal.

2. It has been treated against internal and external parasites within 21 days prior to the date of shipment./ Han sido tratados contra
