planning, organizing, leading/motivating and controlling.

future (today, next week, next month, next year,
over the next five years, etc.) and generating
plans for action

in these areas for getting others to play an
effective part in achieving plans.

1. Product Launch {outsourced services}:

A company wants to
launch a product in the
market. So how should it
get to its customers? How
does the company make
sure that the products
gain aware ness? The feel
and touch reasoning still remain strong in the mind of the consumer. So
although you have advertised in other channels, how do you explain product
usage to the audience? Call in the team. They innovate new styles so that the
product can make 3 its way to the consumer. They ensure that the samples
reach the desired households. For instance: when coca cola launched Vanilla
Coke, two men dressed in the 70s attire would enter retail grocery shops and
dance to the designed tune. This was the strategy used to launch vanilla coke
and make its entry memorable.

Some companies even professionalize in a particular target audience. For


example, if you have a particular target audience in mind, the team will devise
ideas and strike places that will give you maximum reach. Road shows,
promotions, contests, set designing, stage shows and audio-visual films are all
interesting methods to invite public participation. Some companies go a step
ahead to analyse the customer reaction and provide relevant feedback. Among
the available platforms road shows are known to be economical. It gives more
visibility and allows the customer to directly relate to the product. And the
touch and feel concept is satisfied. Road shows with innovative themes
organized at a national level give your product high reach and coverage. These
road shows arrest the customer's attention and persuade the customers to try
out the product. If impressed then the product receives a warm welcome.

2. Ultimate marketing strategies: We


provide ultimate marketing strategies for
the growth and development of the
company.

3. Corporate seminars: Corporate


seminars are the first priority of work.
Mega companies usually have an in-
house team to organize their seminar on a
regular basis. Which are outsourced from
us.

4. Part time works: A part-time


job is a form of employment that
carries fewer hours per week than
a full-time job. They work in
shifts. The shifts are often
rotational. Workers are considered
to be part-time if they commonly work fewer than 30 hours per week the
number of part-time workers has increased from one-quarter to a half in the past
20 years in most developed countries.
5. Outsourcing branding:
Outsourcing is an agreement in which one
company hires another company to be
responsible for a planned or existing
activity that is or could be done internally,
and sometimes involves transferring
employees and assets from one firm to another.

6. Marketing programs: Marketing is


the process of exploring, creating, and
delivering value to meet the needs of a
target market in terms of goods and
services; potentially including
selection of a target audience; selection
of certain attributes or themes to
emphasize in advertising; operation of
advertising campaigns; attendance at
trade shows and public events; design
of products and packaging attractive to buyers; defining the terms of sale, such
as price, discounts, warranty, and return policy; product placement in media or
with people believed to influence the buying habits of others; agreements with
retailers, wholesale distributors, or resellers; and attempts to create awareness
of, loyalty to, and positive feelings about a brand Marketing is typically done
by the seller, typically a retailer or manufacturer. Sometimes tasks are
contracted to a dedicated marketing firm or advertising agency. More rarely, a
trade association or government agency (such as the Agricultural Marketing
Service.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Organizational structure is
the framework of the
relations on jobs, systems,
operating process, people
and groups making efforts to
achieve the goals.
Organizational structure is a
set of methods dividing the
task to determined duties
and coordinates them.
Structure is not a
coordination mechanism and
it affects all organizational
process. Organizational
structure refers to the models of internal relations of organization, power and
relations and reporting, formal communication channels, responsibility and
decision making delegation is clarified. Helping the information flow is one of
the facilities provided by structure for the organization Organizational structure
should facilitate decision making, proper reaction to environment and conflict
resolution between the units. The relationship between main principles of
organization and coordination between its activities and internal organizational
relations in terms of reporting and getting report are duties of organization
structure An organizational structure is a system that outlines how certain
activities are directed in order to achieve the goals of an organization. These
activities can include rules, roles, and responsibilities. The organizational
structure also determines how information flows between levels within the
company. For example, in a centralized structure, decisions flow from the top
down, while in a decentralized structure, decision-making power is distributed
among various levels of the organization. Having an organizational structure in
place allows companies to remain efficient and focused. An organizational
structure outlines how certain activities are directed to achieve the goals of an
organization.
CONTROLLING TEAMS
The aim of Control Team is to control the various factors for organizing an event.
The whole work is controlled with the help of factors such as finance, logistics.,
etc. The Event Control Team is further sub-divided into finance team, I.T. team,
logistics team and risk management team.

 Finance Team: As the name suggests, finance team deals with the financial
implications of the event on the organization. The finance team estimates
the services costs, cost for promotion, logistical costs, human resource cost,
etc. That means the finance team has to look after the various factors that
affects the profitability of the management organization.

 I.T. Team: I.T. team deals with technological aspects of the work. It deals
with the areas where the technology is used for managing the work. Those
areas could be promotion of the outsourcing work by radardo work,
designing the session, controlling the technical areas on the stage, etc. Hence
the team is responsible for all these areas.

 Logistics Team: This team mainly deals with the logistics and
transportation factors of the services. The team has to identify the risks and
benefits arising out of the transportation of various equipment, etc.

 Risk Management Team: The team has to identify the various risks arising
during and before the actual services. The organization has to control those
risks by identifying them earlier and finding appropriate solutions to avoid
those. The various risks can arise out of large crowds, using inadequately
trained staff, negative publicity, and many more.
TROUBLE SPOTS
 Not maintaining accurate written records.
 Not monitoring progress closely
 Allowing insufficient planning time
 Failing to communicate and coordinate fully with committee members
 Insufficient staff
 No contingency plans
 Program running over time
 Lack of hospitality for participants
 Lack of colour or glamour.
 Team members not having sufficient knowledge
 No decentralization of authority

PLANNING PREPARATION
It's a good idea to establish a
formal event committee
consisting of committed
members who are clear about
their skills and what they are
prepared to contribute. One
person should lead the project as
the Event Coordinator. As early as
possible, outline the
responsibilities of each member-
their tasks, deadlines, reliance on other members for support and any
interdependency of tasks. When decision of conducting the event was taken the
teams which were formed earlier were not to be seen again and there was
change in members of team and in fact teams changed completely with only two
members remaining form the earlier team. Set realistic dates, times, Deadlines.
IDENTIFY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Main tasks for the event must be identified,
and individuals in the event committee
appointed against each task. Such tasks
include catering, competition, facilities and
equipment, finance, marketing and
communications, programs/ results/ awards,
security, support services, transport,
sponsorship relations and volunteers.

PREPARE A BLUE PRINT


It may be useful to prepare a blueprint
which outlines your project timelines and
the people responsible for tasks. This will
help keep track of your progress.
Progress of the event was not tracked as
event was held way out of its dead line
and many of the teams where not ready
with the plan on the time this was very
much evidently seen during the quiz event were the plan of action was seen
absolutely missing. Such charts will give you exact idea about what each and
every team is doing. And there progress can be tracked down

Successful marketing of the event will take
into account your event objectives (to raise
awareness of a cause) and your target
audience (their habits, the media they
watch or listen to, hobbies). Publicity of the
event should be done very vigorously with
students contacting the main people in
other colleges like student’s general secretary or the professors. unconventional
media like internet can be used for promotion, social networking sites are used
very much by the students even this can be used for creating awareness about
the events.
 Monitor event progress
The Coordinators role is to monitor the teams
progress against milestones and ensure the event
runs smoothly. Regular meeting dates for progress
reports are advisable, to keep members feeling
connected with each other, report on progress or
problems, and map out next steps for the project
and address contingencies.
 Delivery of work
Delivery day requires a clear understanding at the
event of each member’s responsibilities. It’s good
to have back up plans in case of changes A script
sheet for the day distributed to all involved is an
excellent guide for a smooth event. It also provides
context for an individuals tasks. Information on this
schedule should include person, task, timing, those involved, location and
contact information to reach the relevant people. All activities, no matter how
small, should be included in the script (greetings at the door, set microphone up
and test, present gifts). Throughout the planning and event delivery stages, it is
important to keep records of all activities, promotional material, media
coverage, transactions and sponsorship agreements.

ORGANISATIONAL FUNCTIONS
Organisation functions: Our company is an
ultimate marketing company. We deal
with corporate work, marketing events
and sales work. We also provide part time
work for students. We also do manpower
for companies to help them to reach their
targets and sales.

Finance: we have created an ecosystem


which deals with all the work and events and
their finance part. We are a company started
with a minimum finance and help the
companies’ start-ups to reach their goals and
targets. We manage finance by getting our
own capital.

Sales and marketing: we as a company do


marketing mostly through are website, we
do social media marketing. Our target
audience is students and we give them the
part time opportunity for experience. We
have lots of strategies of marketing our most
of marketing Is done through references and
the work we have done in the market. We
shall expand the marketing team in the
coming days. We shall do campaign for the
marketing of our services.

INTERNSHIP EXPERIENCE

The domain for which I got selected in RADARDO WORKS was self financed
company Development
Executive. My role was to interact with people and explain them about the
opening of a zero balance bank account which was offered by RADARDO
WORKS and convince them to open a bank account.
We were given an offline training just before we started our internship to
explain us about the work we were supposed to do, whom should we report,
rules and regulations to be followed…etc. Two main things I have learnt is the
importance of time management skills and self motivation.
This was my second internship and the experiences with RADARDO WORKS
were good and a distinct experience apart from my academics. This internship
helped me to know how company works. At each day in RADARDO WORKS I
have learnt and gained immense knowledge about how the real marketing
works and how marketing is done and its strategies as well as enjoyed the whole
learning process. Initially it was new to me and the task we were assigned was
to make sales. I started working from the day I joined influenced some people
to join. But later it became hard as I had a less contacts and moreover it was a
pandemic time so some people couldn’t afford the fees. We also had a webinars
and reward ceremony. On the whole, this internship was a useful experience.
We have gained new knowledge, skills and met many new people. This
internship experience played a vital role in building my communicating skills,
listening skills and presentation skills. This internship taught me the significant
of making contacts with people and the way to influence. I thank my college,
my internship faculty, RADARDO WORKS for providing an opportunity to know
more about today’s world.
CONCLUSION

Internship provides a great opportunity and major advantages to the students.


According to the tasks that I carried out RADARDO WORKS, the experience I got
has contributed a lot to the adjustment of theoretical knowledge accumulated
all along my academic studies. Internship leads to improvement of students
qualifications such as communication skills, report writing, organizing at work,
information required to do a work and ability to be in accordance with real and
professional applications of the managerial principles techniques.

This internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I can conclude
that I have learnt many new thing from my work at RADARDO WORKS.
Moreover this internship indirectly helped me to learn independently,
discipline myself, be patient enough, self trust and taking initiative and solving
problems on my own effectively and efficiently. I have tried to perform all my
duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively. The internship period left
me with sufficient knowledge and skills needed to be acompetent employee in
the future. I wholeheartedly thank the Internship Committee of Seshadripuram
College and RADARDO WORKS company for giving me such a great internship
opportunity.
