The Overseas Workers Welfare Administration Regional Welfare Office 1(OWWA-RWO1) will conduct a 2-
day Webinar Series entitled “Orientation of OWWA Programs and Services for OFWs affected by COVID 19
Pandemic ”.
The Webinar series aims to provide comprehensive information on the programs and services offered by
OWWA for COVID-affected OFWs and capacitate the participants in providing accurate and relevant program
for their OFW constituents.

3.3 Single Entry Approach(SENA)
1. All participants are required to register online together with their complete names and designation to be
reflected on official certificates (with middle initials) and current office/place of assignments on or
before May 17, 2021 using a profiling form which will be forwarded by designated Family Welfare
Officer of the province via email or FB messenger. Participants will send it back once accomplished.
2. Only three participants are allowed to join per LGU (MDO, OFC Leader , LDRRMO or focal for the
Hatid Sundo).
3. On May 20, 2021, a link will be provided to subscribe the videos for those who registered only.
4. The modules/topics are fully online; meaning they may access it anytime and anywhere, provided that
they have a device (i.e. laptop, desktop computers, smartphones, etc.) and internet connection
(optional: headset/audio devices for the voice overs).
5. It has several modules and participants are required to finish the modules within the set date/ schedule.
6. After subscribing all the videos, an online test will be forwarded. Participants shall answer and pass at
least 75% to determine comprehension and retention of the modules/topics.

7. Only participants who completed the modules and answered the examination shall be issued a
certificate of completion along with the tokens.
8. An online evaluation shall also be administered to the successful graduates of the online orientation.
