Monologue
Congratulations on your fantastic
achievement. Your hard work really
enabled you to finish the project
perfectly. You are one of the best staff
we have. It's a pleasure to work with
someone like you, who knows how to
create a friendly and inspiring work
environment. I'm glad that a position has
opened up for you. It will be a great next
step in your career.
