and/or T&C FURNITURE, INC. to be garnished / levied in order to satisfy the money judgment awarded
to us in a labor case that we filed against them;

2. To go to different banks, offices / agencies of the government and look for the existence of bank
deposits and/or or properties registered in the name of LEAH S. MELLADO and/or T& C FURNITURE,
INC. so that it can be garnished/levied in order to satisfy the money judgment of the labor arbiter awarded
to us;

3. To do all acts necessary to effectuate the authority given.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and
perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the
premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally present and
hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue of these presents.
