Organizational activities”. Thank you so much.

Jane: Great leaders don’t set out to be a leader, they set out to make a difference. It’s never
about the role, always about the goal, says Lisa Haisha. What’s up Servant Leaders of
Capitolians! Good Morning! My name is Jane Dosdos, your Engineering-SBO 4TH Year
Representative.
Rudy : And I am Rudy Dagatan, the Engineering- SBO Vice President Internal and we are your
emcees for today’s event. Btw, it’s wonderful to see all of you gathered here today. To our future
leaders of tomorrow, welcome to this Summer Leadership Training Program “The planning of
Organizational activities”. It's a pleasure to have you here.
Jane: Yes Rudy no. I know some of you here aren't actually taking a break, but for us, this is just
another step in our leadership development path. We have the ideal chance to increase our
understanding of leadership at this time. We must become good role models and leaders in order
to inspire them to follow our footsteps one day. Hopefully this will be a fun-filled and
worthwhile experience to everyone.
Rudy: Very well said, Jane. And for that I can see a lot of beautiful and handsome faces from
here and sa walay pabor pabor usa na ana ang taga engineering and Isa naka ato ofcourse. Mga

Planet Mars goro ka. Anyways, I can see that they are so excited and eager to witness this
momentous event.
Jane: Yes tnuod gyod na Rudy no. Di jd na nato ika deny. Alright! So much for that before we
formally commence the first part of this morning’s program. Mag kamustahan muna tayo no. So
alright, manawag ta rn. We would like to seek your cooperation so at this point, roll call time
muna tayo no. Once we call your department. Pls give us your loudest clap and cheer. But before
that, we will give you 1 min to prepare your cheer.

Rudy: Alright, here we go, let us now call the future educators, College of Education!
Jane: Ayan! Di pd ni sila palupig, the College of Business and Accountancy!
Rudy: College of Arts and Sciences!
Jane: Ayaan pasikati me ninyo sa inyohang cheer bi. College of Maritime Education!
Rudy: Alright we have here the computer masters, the College of Computer Studies!
Jane: Next we have, the College of Nursing!
Jane: Pls give us your loudest clap and cheer, College of Criminology!
Rudy: And the last one we have here, the College of Engineering!
Jane: That’s the energy we are looking for. At this juncture, to give us his opening remarks, we
are delighted to welcome him on the stage, the ever dynamic, young and handsome Mr. Joel E.
Villareal, the Engineering SBO President. Lets give him around of applause pls. .

Rudy: Thank you so much for your empowering msg you have shared Mr. Villareal. Alright let
us not prolong the agony of waiting, I am profusely excited to take the opportunity to introduce
our dear guest speaker for today. He was graduated at Capitol University Cum Laude with a
degree of Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education- English, he also got his master of Arts in
education here at Capitol University major in Educational Administration. And he is now a
Doctor of Education in Instructional System and Resource Management where he got it in the
University of San Jose- Recoletos. Please prepare your big round of applause as I welcome him
here in front, the ever loquacious, handsome and exceptional esteemed Dean of the College of
Education, Dr. Ryan Glen C. Narvasa as he talk The planning of Organizational activities. A
round of applause please.
Jane: Alright, thank you so much, Dr. Ryan Glen C. Narvasa for graciously reaching out to us
today. We have learned so much from you this day. I know everyone are motivated by your very
insightful and powerful information. And I'm sure everyone here had a good time with the
activity.
Q&A PORTION

Rudy: Let’s now proceed to the giving of certificate to our guest speaker. May I call on the CSG
officers for the awarding of certificates to our dear guest speaker. And may I request again, Dr.
Ryan Glen C. Narvasa to pls come here in front. So as a token of appreciation for his time and
valuable contribution. Let me read the citation first.
Jane: Once again, lets give him a big round of applause. We couldn’t have done this successful
without you sir and also to my fellow students who spared their time attending this event. Lets

Rudy: Thank you so much again Sir! Before we formally end this event. We need something to
stir up the mood of the program. Something that will activate your brain cells and kanang sakto
lang na pagka buto-buto sa inyohang dughan. At this moment, we will randomly ask someone to
answer some of our questions with regards to our preceding topic. Alright, mamili nako sa akong

Question: If you have given the opportunity to create any unique organizational activity in
your department that you would like to see implemented during the forthcoming SY 2022–
2023. What would it be and why?

Jane: Well ladies and gentlemen, that wraps up our morning. It has been a great day and a
wonderful morning with all of you. We shall give due recognition to the most important people
of this event. They are the primary reason of this gathering. Well, I’m referring to you guys! This
training wouldn’t be possible without your presence.
Rudy: Also, I would like to express our gratitude to our guest speaker, Dr. Ryan Glen C. Narvasa
for gracing us with your presence, Engineering-SBO and to all the students who made this event
