MC: Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen! In a few minutes, we will start with our
program. May we remind our dearest students, faculties and visitors to please occupy the
empty seats at the front.

May we remind everyone to put their phones on silent mode during the conduct of our
program.

Everyone here at the hall, please also refrain from roaming around while the
testimonial program is ongoing

 We are also streaming live right now at our UCU Official Facebook page. By the way, hi
sa mga viewers natin right now, please share the live with your friends and
classmates.

 We are also pleased to announce that we will have a surprise special award. So stick
around until the end of the program.

Richard: Today is not just a mere program for our new licensed social workers, it is a
celebration to acknowledge the fruit of your efforts, hard work, dedication and perseverance
from the past years. We are also here to look back, and give honors to those who helped you
in a way to reach this milestone of your lives.

Len: Similarly, we are also gathered here to inspire and motivate our students to persevere
and be successful to their future endeavors. You have embodied the resiliency of Dr. Jose Rizal
and embraced the four core values of our university inspired by Dr. Pedro T. Orata. Truly the
youth is the hope of our fatherland. It is an opportunity to celebrate with you, and witness
your success. I am Maria Leonora Bustria-Mohammad

TESTIMONIAL PROPER

Richard: First of all, congratulations to our newly licensed Social Workers. We ascended in the
national rankings after securing as the 10th top-performing school, with a 92.31% institutional
passing rate in the September 2022 Social Worker Licensure Examination.

Both: Welcome to Urdaneta City University’s Testimonial Program, of the College of Human
Sciences, for our new social work board passers.

Len: To formally start our program, may I request everyone to please rise and let us now
invoke the Lord to bless our program and make it productive for all of us. The invocation will
be followed by the singing of the Pilipinas Kong Mahal, thru an AUDIO-VISUAL-PRESENTATION.

I. Welcome Address

Len: Please all be seated. To Formally welcome us in our program, may we request the ever-
hardworking dean of the College of Human Sciences, for her welcome remarks, Dr. Jane
Valete-Fenequito.

Richard: Thank you Dr. Fenequito for setting the tone of this program!

II. Congratulatory Message

Richard: At this juncture, let us hear our City Mayor, Honorable Julio Rammy F. Parayno III to
deliver his virtual congratulatory message for our board passers. Please focus your attention
on our screen.

Len: Thank you very much, mayor, for the heartwarming message for our newly licensed social
workers. Let us also hear another congratulatory message from the Director of Center for
Student Leadership and Development and the University Psychologist, Dr. Nhorly U
Domenden.

III. Inspirational Message


Richard: Thank you very much, Doctor Nhorly Domenden for that uplifting message to our
board passers. At this juncture let’s also hear the inspirational messages starting from our
officer in charge university president and the chief operating officer Atty. Dar A. Diga, atty.

Len: Thank you for the heartfelt message, Atty. Dar A. Diga. We will now hear another
motivational message from our officer in charge university vice president for Administrative
Affairs, Dr. Raquel D. Pascua.

Richard: Thank you very much, Dr. Pascua for that inspirational message. At this moment, let’s
also hear another inspirational message from our officer in charge university vice president for
Academic Affairs, Dr. Josephine S. Lambinicio.

Len: Thank you very much, Dr. Josephine S. Lambinicio for that motivational message. I hope
that all the graduates and all the students of BS Social Work, including all the other programs
of our dearest university, who are present and watching right now on our FB live streaming,
are motivated to take their licensure exams in the future. Continue reaching your dreams. If
you fall, have the courage to get back. Be resilient and strive harder.

Richard: We stand proud of the achievement of the College. May I request all the newly
registered social workers to please rise. Congratulate each other and may I request all of us to
give our warmest applause for our board passers. Again, congratulations to all you!

IV. Intermission (first)

Len: To entertain us and make the program more enjoyable, let’s witness an intermission
number from BS Social Work students led by John Dale Soriano Parinas and Ariel de Leon.

V. Presentation of the SWLE Board Passers

Len: Thank you Parinas and Ariel de Leon’s group. Now, we will proceed with the highlight of
our program. To officially present the passers of the social work licensure examination
concluded last February and September 2022, may we call Professor Jerald A. Aragoza, a
registered social worker and a faculty of the Social Work Department.

Richard – Thank you Professor Jerald for acknowledging our 16 board passers. And now, let us
hear the testimonies of each newly registered social workers.

Len – I would like to remind each passer shall have 2-3 minutes to give their testimonies. I

Richard: Thank you for the inspiring testimonies. May we now call the other group from
Bachelor of Science in Social Work led by Mary Joy Corla and Sarahlyn Abella, to give us
another intermission number.

Richard: Wow! Thank you Ms Corla and Mas Abella’s group for keeping us entertained.

VII. Dinner

Len: Of course, I know that we are all inspired at this moment. Our enthusiasms are reignited.
But also, I know that you might be feeling feeling tired and hungry. We’ll now have our dinner
prepared by the faculties from the Psychology Department, and the student leaders from
JSWAP and Psych Soc.

Richard: While having our dinner, let’s watch a visual presentation showcasing and
highlighting our newly social workers’ journey and success.

VIII. Intermission (third)

Richard: Alright! That was very informative and inspirational. Now let’s have another
intermission number from the Junior Social Workers Association of the Philippines led by
Marianne Lorenzo.

Len: Thank you JSWAP. While you are still having your dinner, we would like to thank all the
students, staff, and faculty members who made this program possible.

Richard: Thank you very much to Dr. Jane Fenequito, Prof Jerald Aragoza, Prof Danica Mae
Lopez for overall supervision of the program flow and coordination. Also, thank you Engineer
Dennis Pascua for the electrical system and technical support.

Len: We would also want to express our gratitude to the Management Information System for
the live coverage and technical assistance as well.

Richard: Professor Annie Tomacder, professor Ann Bartolome, and Professor Abigail Interno
for food and venue preparations.

Len: I would also like to take this opportunity to inform you that we have been invited to
receive the award and recognition for being one of the Top performing schools in the
Septemebr 2022 SOCIAL WORKERS LICENSURE EXAM on the oath taking day, November 14th
at the Fiesta Pavillion, Manila Hotel.

Advance Merry Christmas po. Our college is accepting in-kind and or cash donations. Merry
Christmas po.

Richard: As we mentioned earlier, we have a surprised special award. We will now award
Tonight’s Best Dressed for male and female category. So, we may call Professor Jerald Aragoza
and Professor Abigail Interno to announce the winners.

IX. Closing Remarks

Richard: We are about to end this program, but before that let us welcome our board of
regents’ secretary, also a registered social worker and a faculty of the social work department,
Professor Jaezrille F. Magno.

Len: Thank you friends, ladies and gentlemen, this signals the end of our program. Again,
