1. Pursuant to the issuance of Division Unnumbered Memorandum re Policy Guidelines


on Project Be GLOBAL (Benevolent Employees Great Leaders, Outstanding and
branded Achievers for Legacy), this office through the PRIME- HR. Rewards and
Recognition Committee, announces the conduct of the Search for the 2019 Outstanding
Teaching and Non-Teaching Employees of SDO Nueva Vizcaya dubbed as "2019
SIKAT" (Search for the Indomitable Knowledge and Attributes of Teachers)
