BAC RESOLUTION NO. _____ - 2021

RESOLUTION ON THE CREATION OF THE TECHNICAL WORKING GROUP FOR

THE CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL OF BARANGAY 11
CABANGARAN, PAOAY, ILOCOS NORTE;

WHEREAS, pursuant to Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the

“Government Procurement Reform Act” GPRA, the Bids and Awards Committee
(BAC) has multi- functions and responsibilities;

WHEREAS, the under Section 12.1 of the 2016 Revised IRR, the BAC shall
create the members of a Technical Working Group from a pool of technical,
financial, and/or legal expert to assist in procurement process of the
CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE HALL OF BARANGAY 11
CABANGARAN, PAOAY, ILOCOS NORTE ;

WHEREAS, the members shall review of the Technical Specifications,

Scope of Work, Terms of Reference, Review Bidding Documents, Shortlisting of
Consultants, Eligibility Screening, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification, and
Resolution for Reconsideration;
 WHEREAS, we the members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
recommend for the creation of the composition of the Technical Working Group
(TWG) in the procurement process of the CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE
HALL OF BARANGAY 11 CABANGARAN, PAOAY, ILOCOS NORTEto undertake
the functions specified in the RA 9184;

The Chairman and Members of the Technical Working Group (TWG) are
the following:

1. Kag. Daisy Tabije ------------------ Chairman

2. Kag. Benson Cabias ------------------ Member

NOW, THEREFORE, We, the members of the Bids and Awards Committee,
HEREBY RESOLVE as it is HEREBY RESOLVED:

[1] To recommend and designate the Composition of the Technical

Working Group (TWG) in the procurement process of the Construction of Multi-
Purpose Hall of Barangay 11 Cabangaran, Paoay, Ilocos Norte;

[2] To recommend for approval by Hon. Noel Padamada, Punong

Barangay of 11 Cabangaran, Paoay, Ilocos Norte, the recommendation.

ADOPTED this 1st day of June 2021 at the Barangay Hall of Brgy. 11
Cabangaran, Paoay, Ilocos Norte.
