BIRTH

The late Charles Omuka Awuonda was born on 25TH December 1959.

He was the sixth born in the family of the late Aineah Awuonda Olukaya and Paulina Atemo
Awuonda.He was brother to the late Edward Awuonda ,Daudi Omongo,Mary Awuonda,Alice
Akengo,Loice Awuonda,Rosa Awuonda,the late Emitila Awuonda and Berdina Awuonda.

EDUCATION

He started his day school education in the year 1970 at Esalwa primary school and sat for C.P.E in 1979
He joined Esalwa secondary school in 1978 and sat for his CSE in 1981 and excelled very well.Due to lack
of finance he never continued with his education.

WORK

He worked Juakali industry at Luanda town. He also ventured in farming

MARRIAGE AND CHRISTIANITY

He was baptized in Musirili church of God on………………..by ……………………..

He was a Sunday teacher in 1990 he joined Jerusalem church of Christ where he was until his death.

The late practiced monogamy and was very faithful to his wife Agneta Jimuli. They started living
together in June 1990. They were blessed with two kids Schinider Amuka and Josephine Omuka.

SICKNESS

He started ailing in 1991 where he was diagnosed with high blood pressure.

He was kept under medication and regained good health and went on with his work.

In 2013 he had an accident which led to some injuries on the leg but he recovered after sometime.

In 2009 he nose bled the whole day and collapsed in the evening. He was rushed to Emuhaya District
hospital and referred to Vihiga General Hospital.

In 2020 he also collapsed and rushed to Dophil maternity and nursing home. He was diagnosed with
high blood pressure which had resulted to stroke. But he later recovered and was able to walk again.

On 19th July 2022 he also collapsed in his compound after completing his daily activities and was rushed
to Dophil hospital. He was unconscious until his demise. The city scan showed most of the blood vessel
in the head was damaged (partial pacification of the left maxillary sinuses, left maxillary sin u sitis)

He died on 25th July 2022
