MEDICAL INFORMATION
Some of our children take special medications during
school hours. We must have doctor’s orders on file
from your child’s doctor in order to administer any
medication. Please notify the office if your child has
asthma, severe reaction to bee stings, a heart condition,
food allergies, etc.
