Overview of the project:
Payroll is the process of paying a company’s employees, which includes tracking
hours worked, calculating employees; pay, and distributing payments via direct
deposit to employee bank accounts or by check. It deals with the recording and
processing Employee’s payroll data so that the executives can easily manage the
organizational operations. Payroll management system is additionally used to
produce payroll reports of the Employee, their performance within the
organization, etc. Here we have imported a employee salary part that a employee
can easily log in by his password and can check his salary report. Business
companies have many employees and this website will make their pay system
simple.Firstly,In our project we have admin, who will handle the access of every
user . Then login who will provide the specific password for a specific user. We
have different accessibility for managers and employees. Managers have the access
to edit all the attributes of the employees also they have the access to make pdf for
salary report. Then there is option logout which confirmed that after your logout it
ensures that no one will access that without you. This system makes that process
secure. Last but not the least the main motive of our project is to make the payroll
system more secure and efficient for the companies.Here we have attached our
payroll management project’s website screenshot shows how it’s actually working.
Project Snippets:

We know that in the database everyone does not have the same access; it
is restricted. So, admin, manager and employee will have different
authentication to visit the website.
If a employee forgets password there is an option to recover it as well.

This is admin page where admin administrates the employee.

This is employee management page where a admin add employee,


generate random password for them, edit their profile according to their
designation and delete if any employee leaves the company.
This is a page where admin can edit employee details. He can modify
their name, phone, email, designation and level.
An overview of the salary is depicted in the project.It shows how a
manager can manage salary..In pay employee part the necessary changes
are added if bonus is provided any allowance is added or not.The whole
salary part depicts this.
An overview of the employees salary and view its report.The salary
report could be printed and make pdf too.

This is the page of company management. Any new information


of the company can be added such as company name, company
address, registration number, number of employees and per day
salary based on per day.
This is the salary report of an employee. Each employee will have
different payroll. He can also print out the salary information which
includes his payslip, name, date, bonus, allowance, deductions, SSNT,
local union as well as net salary.
